If the outcome of the 'game' is not certain then it is considered gambling. The only way to gamble with certain profit is to cover all possible outcomes.
Other that that you have no way to tell if you will profit or not and even if the odds are low you still can lose.

It's very similar to gamble because it has same risk like we have in gambling, we can say this without any doubt nothing can provide us the safe way for gambling, binary options is pure form of gambling and that double option is almost same like.

If any investments say you can double your money within few days or minutes means all those depend on only luck and gambling end results also depends on luck so both are same. Don't use these methods to make a lot of money but you can just try your luck with a small amount and enjoy the fun part of it.
Yes no one investment can provide you a profit only in a few days or minutes, this is gambling because that only a words to make other people interested to trying it.

Not sure why people are asking for a link to these websites. Don't you guys have google or other search engine? Make a little effort. Here's a google search for the two people who were asking for a link from OP:
Secondstrade
IDS Option

In this sites, you're putting your money at risk. Putting your money at risk and hoping for a positive income is basically gambling. So this is gambling.

Please provide a link to the site so we can all make a better assessment on what you are asking.  If this is one of those sites where you are doubling your money in a few days or a few minutes, this is high risk gambling, for you are not playing the odds, you are betting on the fact that the website designers are not going to shut down and keep all of your money, which they can do any time!  Give us more information to go on.

I came across double options in Secondstrade and IDSoption and I was wondering if it's the same as double dice.
In my own opinion, it is absolute gamble because you're not sure of winning just an element of chance and because its from reputable sites on this platform but if its from Hyip that promised to double Bitcoin within some hours without any risk whatsoever, I will say its worse than gambling as the chance of you getting your money invested is Zero to none... My opinion though...

They considered it gambling because  of  its nature.  It is quick analysis and guess whether it will be high or low but to some it is not since skills and research is somehow can affect your choice.  But according to some member here, it isnt like sports betting or poker where your skill will greatly affect the outcome.

You got your answer, and you'll get it a million times.   It's gambling.   Anytime you bet on an outcome, it's gambling.   As an aside I love how closely trading crypto and betting are comingled.  It would be fantastic if Scottrade or any other discount stock brokerage had a dice option on their site.

It may just be right, yet something that promises victory it is gambling. all gambling have the same system and will never be changed, because the gambling system is actually like to benefit greatly from all the people who are addicted in gambling, but in a way that is difficult to guess. All gambling will give you a loss if you do your gambling in the wrong way

Yes it is since you have two options up or down just like dice hi or lo or coin flip heads or tails. So ita two options. Although double options is not quite 50/50 ypu can have a slight edge if you know how the price is going but even then if you say 2 minutes and bitcoin is climbing and it goes down even a tad in those 2 minutes then you lose so in that case it pretty much like gambling as the outcome can be jarred heavily.
