I am checking my tokens both in Myetherwallet and Etherscan.io.
They are showing different. In Etherscan.io, one of my tokens is not showing up.
But in Myetherwallet, the tokens are complete. I am worried if the tokens (530 FRN coins) are gone or it
is just etherscan.io's glitch.

I do experience this kind of issue on etherscan.io this past months. But right know etherscan works just fine and the issue has been already resolved. Did you try it again looking you tokens at etherscan? Hope that your problem already been resolved. But if it's not appearing as it is in myetherwallet try using ethplorer.io, Ethplorer.io is also somewhat a like with etherscan.io the only difference of it is that ethplore shows more of your token prices and by these you can easily monitor and tract the price of the specific token, you can also see the status of your wallet in these few days or weeks ago.
