Well, considering all the plastic we've dumped in the ocean I bet there will soon be a new country out there  Wink

Some are considering building Countries roughly the size of smallest countries on the Planet on International Waters. Such countries will depend entirely on Cryptocurrencies as National Currencies and Decentralized/Open Blockchains as virtual Infrastructures.

How feasible is the idea of building floating Countries on free Oceans? (Oceans not owned by any Country)?

* Can it stand the most violent Waves on the Planet?
* Are there similar Platforms existing today on Oceans without problems..

Consider the fact that such Floating Countries will have loads of buildings, Roads and other heavy Infrastructures on them.
