many of you might know about the faucet site freebitco.in but if your a frequent user of the site you may have noticed how they have now been working on there multiplier/ambling part of the site which now allows you to deposit btc to gamble now directly insted of using the advertising balance to deposit it, but now is has come to my concern is this site trustworthy now?

does the owner use this forum perhaps?

Very very legit site thatvgive free btc from my personal experience. I never got or encounter any problem from the last 2 month

Honestly, I'd recommend ignoring the gambling part altogether or if you can't resist it, only betting what you get for free from the faucet as others have mentioned. Freebitco.in has a very high house edge of 5% which will kill your earnings in the end even if you bet in small amounts. Martingale is not a viable gambling strategy with such a high house edge either (actually it's not a viable strategy for any site regardless of the house edge but it usually takes a bit longer to fail). Most other dice sites such a Primedice offer a house edge of 1% or less.

The above has nothing to do with their trustworthiness though which is an altogether separate thing. I would say that they are pretty trustworthy. They are the largest and most popular faucet site in the world by far and have a history of paying out. The owner wetsuit is a member of the forums here too:

I made a freebitco.in account 2-3 years back and managed to get some good amount of referrals.
Now I have forgot my account details and password and haven't logged in since more than 1 year over there but still I get 0.0001+ BTC every week for free Grin
Add referrals guys Wink

Yes its true that every faucet need to add refferals to get more but is this not kind of wasting your time? Because there are a lot of things you can do and earn more rather than sitting here clicking captcha

i recommend using just only the free rolls, dont try doing the multiply unless you have confidence in knowing something that others dont.

Ya , if you can understand the logic while multiplying ur btc , you can earn big. If you don't understand, just go on with free rolls only.

There not much logic in this, it's just gambling. If you play long enough you'll lose anyway in the long term. You can earn a satoshi or two if you won't get greedy and stop your martingale early enough Wink And rest assured you WON'T EARN BIG Wink You can only lose big.

Yup...this is the truth!

Sportsbook gambling is a bit better - you're dealing with more 'human' maths!

Yes, the website has been around for a very long time and would probably reap too much advertising revenue to become a scam.

I haven't managed to hit the big prize yet, either. Haven't heard of anyone who has, but I'm sure someone has by now, as long as the site has been around. I think the highest I've gotten is "tier 3" if you'd want to call it that, the most likely prize being tier 1. Though I haven't deposited myself, I would trust them. Seems like a pretty solid website.

Of course, their site is very popular
I never heard any problem with the faucet

But, some people really hate the multiply because the lose is not normal

Not sure what you meant by "the lose is not normal", but the game on freebitco.in is provably fair and you could change your client seed after every rolls.
Are you sure about this? I don't see a way to verify your roll on their website so I don't see how they can claim they are provably fair
Yes, Its best to stay away from dicing on their site, without provable fair. Just use it as a faucet.
The amount you get from their faucet is determined in a way that you need to "roll" in order for their site to determine how much you "earn" from your visit.

Yes trustworthy but not much, because BIG PRIZE never hit me,I'm curious if there is someone who won the big prize, according the status of the size, someone did won Big prize for many times.
You never won the "big" prize because the chances of you winning are so low. If you look at the chances of winning each amount in percentage terms, you will see that the chances of you winning the very small amounts are overwhelmingly favorable. They somewhat distort this by having a very large number of potential results, making it appear to someone who does not look closely that there is a better chance of winning "a lot" then there really is

its one of the oldest faucets that NEVER had any problems with payments
This is true, however they also have somewhat of a gambling part to their site as people can "gamble" part (or all) of their "earnings" to try to increase what they received from their faucet. I am not sure if it can be proven that they are provably fair or not (not that it matters as the amounts are trivial and the time spent on their site will almost never 99.99%+ of the time be worth it)

Actually, freebitco.in makes ~$1,800 USD worth of bitcoin every day! ...

How do you know that? Source?

I used http://siteworthtraffic.com it gives approximate readings based on site traffic.

lol you know those tools are a gimmick right?

It's not that bad, it's rather approximate. For example, someone told me how much his site made and I checked it up on that site and the estimate was only $3 difference. Of course, that site only estimates for one ad, so if you use google adsense+more advertising providers the results will be much different. But yes, they can never be accurate.

not them paying out, they're multiply game, i loose very quickly betting at very low risky nearly every time it's like getting hit by a car 10 times everyday.

What do you mean by very low risk? Then don't allow you to play below x2 multiplier, so you cannot play with chance to win over 50%.

Their business model seems to be working fine. They've been around for a quite long time now. So don't see why would they risk it all by scamming people.

And I don't think that many users will choose to deposit there to gamble. I personally like to play at odds lower than x2, so this one's not for me.
