marketcap is determined by total value of all coins combined in current time is called
total money invested in market is determined by I don't know, if you know please tell me.
I was searched on google just for fun what is total money invested in crypto but it was highlighting just market cap for that search result,
as here shown: https://ibb.co/7RNfFXg
is it possible to determine the total money invested in crypto market,
or i am wrong with this thread.
The total money invested in the crypto market can be measured only if you gather accurate and verified data about all the fiat-to-Bitcoin and fiat-to-altcoin purchases, that were made around the world in the last 10 years. Good luck trying to gather such data.
Maybe we could get a number that's close to the truth, if we divide the crypto market cap to a certain coefficient.
I know that the total money in circulation in a economy can be found by diving the GDP to a particular number(I forgot the number).
Let's say the crypto market cap is 550 billion USD. Divide that number by 20 and you'll get the total money invested in crypto. The problem is finding the exact coefficient, which can be used for this equation.
one very hard to try idea is calculating all fiat came in exchanges from banks, it will give very accurate information because everyone is able to buy from exchanges, and if someone wants to buy from physical P2P then it's will very hard find one at that time (now exchange is available to buy ) if the amount you want to buy physically by p2p then it is very risky means exchanges will give accurate information if calculated the total fiat money came in from banks in exchanges, i don't know it's possible or not but i think this one is good.
small summary of ^ paragraph, physically bought crypto is very less compared to exchanges because exchanges is good for liquidity (if large amount want to buy)
