be careful with hitbtc.
i was mining xmr with my hitbtc xmr address.
Later i want to withdraw the coin from mining pool to my hitbtc xmr address,
i was surprised that my hitbtc xmr address was changed to other new address.
i never receive the coin because the coins that i mined was sent to my first address.

Raggie, did you have your XMR sent to your trading or the main account? Either way, if the transaction was made to a HitBTC account, it should be delivered to you. Please send us a support ticket with more details, we'll be able to help.

yea i recommend hitbtc, i recently used it last month and as i used it, it is easy to use and very reliable and secured, some exchanges is closed to new comers because of the over crowd of the community joining the exchanges, like bittrex, if your a new comer hitbtc is suitable for you.
I don't recommend using HitBTC because I think that they are using fake numbers on their website to cheat people of their coins. They just want them emails sent to them as if they didn't know what they were doing.

There are low trade volumes at Hitbtc. Also, sometimes it is very slow when it comes to withdrawal. It is not a good one, but it is not the worst exchange as well.

I like HitBTC with the fact that there is a wallet for trading and a cool wallet, which increases security. But I do not like big commissions.

It's an exchange that has been caught lying many times, I stopped using them.

Not a fan of this exchange but it is trustworthy and reliable atleast for me. If you find your coin in some other exchanges then I don't think there is a need of using hitbtc because of poor support and high withdrawal fees.

I've just withdrew some coins after a trade I could do only at HitBTC. The fees are bigger than my liking, but it's the only thing I can say bad about them. The trades went fast, the withdraw also in a more than reasonable time.

HitBTC Works for me fine. There are just some delays but still ok. Every time I successfully withdraw or deposit money.
I will reccommend and choose Binance if I need to decide now.

Trustworthy or reliable? Id say yes to this. I have been using hitbtc for quite some time now and i havent encountered any issues in the exchange. Quick exchange? This i would have to say no. The transactions usually takes too long to confirm especailly with deposits or withdrawals. Also, the fees are huge. So watch out for that. You might wanna try kucoin. I have half of my portfolio in kucoin now.

Base on my experience it is a trustworthy site, i haven't experience any problem depositing or withdrawing money from that site, what i don't like in that site is only the fee if you deposit Bitcoin , they have a fee of 0.0006 Bitcoin so users who are depositing small amount of Bitcoin is not advisable to use that site. Information of the site is easy to check in the upper right side of the website.

I use this exchange. And I can not say that I ever experienced problems with the speed of execution of orders and whether problems with the withdrawal of crypto currency.

I think that HITBTC is not worse than many other exchanges.

It is legit, reliable and quick. But it is shady at the same time. Searching for "HITBTC faking volume" on google, and you will get some insights. The bottom line is that don't leave all your coins on HITBTC.

Ye, guys, HitBTC is not bad exchange. But their too expensive fees for withdraw are sad. I don't like exchange because of this. That's why my HitBTC use is minimized

I have been using hitbtc for a year now and I feel pretty good, but I think you should choose the bigger trading platform to have more coins and transfer money between accounts faster.

Yes Hitbtc is trustworthy and reliable but quick exchange, well it depends on when because sometimes if that certain coin you want to trade in is in demand; I think it is normal that this certain coin will have delays but not the whole span of time. But for me, they do have quick exchange based on my experience.

There are few complaints but I can vouch that they are a good exchange, no problem with my deposit and my withdrawal, only issue is the very high altcoin few, I was about to deposit Adex but they are charging over 20 Adex and Adex was $1 at that time so I will deposit 100 and they will charge me 20 Adex fee.

Yes, HitBTC is a reliable and trustworthy exchange. If have used it and i have never found any problem with them except for the delay in deposits and in withdrawals. So, if you are after getting your withdrawal and deposit executed fast, it might not be an exchange for that. I can recommend other exchanges for you, but since your question is only about HitBTC, i will stick to it.
The exchange needs to improve on the delay in transactions and this is the complaint that most people have about HitBTC. Every other thing with them is fine.

Hitbtc is one of the biggest exchanges. I frequelntly use hitbtc and never had a problem with them.
Also try kucoin and bibox too they are fast as same as hitbtc. I love all of them.

Binance today has started accepting new users -> "Re-opens Limited User Registrations and Adjusts Referral Program Terms"
I would highly recommend to use Binance rather than HitBtc, hitbtc is having lots of issues with their users and people are waiting for days for their withdrawal request to be processes even though they pay $70 in fees or more (as they increased the fees recently way too much), unfortunately I have moved the funds before happening this drama but I left a small amount there after receiving distributed super btc which I exchanged to bitcoin. In binance you have more coins and more space to trade and the withdrawal limit is 2BTC within 24 hours which is perfect.

Thanks for the notice. I'm one of those with $70+ paid in fees and my tx is still pending for more than 48 hours.
It's not that big (~0.2BTC) but they lost all my trust with this.

I'm switching to Binance now.

Had no choice to use HitBTC coz this is the only exchange where my bounty pay is included. They’re having some problems on transactions under ETH market for some time now and I believe they’re undergoing maintenance. Hopefully they get to fix this soon..

It is a reliable exchange but the fees are very high.  I have had no problems navigating the exchange/depositing/withdrawing.  If you plan to withdraw any type of currency, prepare to pay a high price for it.

ersonally, for me, it is a very good exchange, had no problems with it, a simple interface and no problems with input and withdrawal of coins

Its a good exchange though really works well for me. I encounter some problem but its a minimal problem well I guess every exchanges has its own problem. Kucoin and bitrrex is other alternative one but since some exchanges doesn't accept any new account for now but for sure later on it will accepting again.

I used to be a huge fan and supporter of hitbtc.

Now this is the last place I will ever use again. Pending withdraws for days with $70!!!+ fees, canceling withdraws after 24 of waiting, not crediting coins. The list of negatives is huge.

You are probably blind, or you are probably lying, one of both.

You can not say that this exchange is legit! It has scammed a lot of people in here, not only a few,
it has been cancelling withdrawals and making their balance disappear just because of nothing.

HITBTC IS A HUGE SCAM, and you all need to know that.

Do not even think about putting a single dollar in there, you are going to get fucked out.

I would not recommend HitBTC, delays in withdraw (sometimes 3-4 days) and many coins you cant transfer between main and trading account.

I am using it for a while its trustworthy but all wise have trouble with deposit and withdraw delays. I would rather use binance or kucoin.

I have used hitbtc since last year. Haven't found any problem with them so far. Although I am dealing with a small amount, I think it is a good and trustworthy exchange. I did see some of the posts on Reddit about the delay in the transactions and support but I think those are because of overwhelming support request during downtime. After all, it is still a small company in my opinion.
