Numeraire (NMR) is now at a steady price but a bit downhill, if you want NMR to reach its highest price it will not be possible but if you just want a little profit I think you can buy it.

My thought is that you will never get an objective answer here. I say do whatever hell you want with your money. There will always be someone who thinks your coin is a shitcoins. Study the coin, study the charts, decide how long you plan to invest, if you think you see a good entry, then go for it. Remember buy low and sell high.... Be afraid when others are greedy and be greedy when others are fearful.
