the two sites i used are coinmama.com and oksdaq.com
......
i bought it from IEO section in oksdaq.com
I ever read about Coinmama and it has been so long time. There have been many reviews about it and based on review, it is a good exchange. However, I personally never used it so I personally cannot prove that it is legit or not.
However, about oksdaq.com, this is my first time me hearing the exchange. I also searched in the Coinmarketcap and COinGecko about oksdaq.com but found nothing.

I tried to search about oksdaq.com and really found little information about it.
Did you join their IEO Launchpad of this coin https://www.oksdaq.com/xo?
This coin and IEO Launchpad?

If yes, it is stated that the calculation or Result Announcement will end in 2021-05-07.

I don't know their schedule, but I think that it is too long waiting for the result. almost 1 month, different from Binance, they give the calculation and also token distribution only several hours - day only.

This can be a lesson for you not to believe someone else moreover someone you only know from that kind of application. It is better to do your own research or gather information from more than several sources and then consider by yourself to decide.

Just wait until May and you can see whether they are scams or not. But now, their website is still on and you can contact their customer service on https://t.me/oksdaq ..
That is the only information that I found.

i asked in a Greek forum and they told me its ok (but i think they told me only for coinmama) i had chated a lot with that girl...
i hope its just a pyramid and its not a fake site... i also contacted local police station the web crime apartment and they told me there are lot of scamers we cant know each site cause they open and close very quick.... if they ask you money to make a withdrawl its a scam dont pay

The way that I see it is that the "girl" convinced you to buy coins from a legit exchange (coinmama) and then made you send them over to a "fake" exchange, where he/she has full control of. This is the most perfect "coup" since he/she didn't get her/his hands dirty while you did all the work. The web crime department from the police wouldn't be able to help you in this case (I doubt they'll be able to help in other cases) when it's related to crypto because it is very hard to recover this kinds of transactions by force.

Be happy that you came to us now instead of keep pumping money in that exchange (or in buying bitcoins in order to send them to that fake exchange). Consider every money that you've channeled over to this "coin" is lost and will never be recovered. I don't want to feel to hard on you OP, but that's the truth. In any case you should try to withdraw the money of that exchange and see the reactions...

i talked to a girl through tinder app and she told me she is from korea and her uncle had information about epc coin will rise...

Unfortunately, you don't realize that scammers use social networks to find victims like you who are naive enough to believe in fairy tales. I don't understand how you can invest in something just because a girl suggested it to you without doing a thorough research beforehand?

the money i had invested are now about 17000usd its equal to 15000euros ....

Obviously you have money if you just invested $17 000 in a completely unknown thing, and now you can only hope that there is at least a 1% chance that you will still be able to sell those tokens. One more thing to keep in mind though, it's possible that scammers will try to pull out more money in case you still get a chance to sell tokens - so if they ask you to pay more money in order to make a withdraw, don't send them anything.

i invested 3000euro witch became 17000usd

Coinmama is a legit exchange except to the other exchange you mention since its new. Maybe that exchange is a local Korean exchange just like Coinmama. Usually the token purchased on IEO was locked and you can only trade it after the IEO ended so the current price is not the actual market price since there's no buy and sell happening on the investor side. Rest assure your funds is safe unless the exchange itself has a restriction for foreign user.

hello i am new to cryptocurencies!!! i talked to a girl through tinder app and she told me she is from korea and her uncle had information about epc coin will rise...
it was in public offening and i bought it for 9usd per coin and now its about 52usd per coin....
i had invested 3000euros...

the two sites i used are coinmama.com and oksdaq.com
are these sites fake sites that try to steal your money ?
i am going crazy.....
public offering dont let me sell and it tell i can sell after 7- may - 2021

the money i had invested are now about 17000usd its equal to 15000euros ....

i bought it from IEO section in oksdaq.com
I don't quit understand you very well, is the coin available for trading on coinmama? Yes coinmama is a legit crypto platform but make sure trading is going on, if not you will have to hold the coin til it's officially listed on a exchange, I'm not even sure that epc coin you mentioned is real because the only epc coin I know is experience coin and it's trading at very low price 0.0000***

i bought bitcoins from coinmama which i transfered in oksdaq.com and exchanged them for epc coin.

You said that you have invested your money, right?
Why you just ask about the fake site or not now?
The question should be asked before you invested money, mate. So, if you just realize one of the sites is fake, you are too late. For the next time, don't do it again, make sure everything first before you invest your money.

By the way, why you are too confident to trust the girl. You just know her through the tinder app, don't you? Don't be so easy to trust a person that you just know. Especially a person who offers you a crypto investment with unrealistic profits. That's a classic way done by scammers.

The money you have invested is gone, all you have are some numbers on a website.
You're not the first and probably not the last to find a girl on tinder who is an experienced trader and is looking for investors rather than actual dating.

Now, let me tell you how this will go on from now on
Once you will try to get your money out they will ask for another 1-5k, for commissions, for fees, for verifications, for anything, after that, if you fall for it they will claim your investment has grown to 25k euros but they need another 1-5k euro for etc etc etc. And if you're stupid enough t believe they will scam you like this till you end up with 1 trillion in fake numbers on a website and penniless in reality.

Looks familiar?

You are not wrong, Coinmama is a legit site that people can use to buy cryptocurrencies using credit card, but oksdaq.com is a scam site.

Yeah, the usual tactic they need BTC to get away with it and the victims mainly have only $, I am actually amazed they didn't tell the victim to buy the coins from one of the top 5 exchanges to add more credibility to their story. It might be because of the user location, who knows.

The investment advise from a tinder girl is too good to be true when they are just a random person to you. Cheesy

ICO,IEO,IDO and now DEFI, in future lot more to come so this is a lesson for him to stay away from hype trend investment schemes.

The price it's being sold at right now doesn't really matter since you can't trade it yet.

I never invested in IEOs before and never used any of the exchanges you mentioned, so am curious to know if it's possible to withdraw the tokens you bought to an external wallet!
If you can, then your best option is to withdraw them to your local wallet and try to sell them for lower price on other platforms (e.g: telegram).
If the tokens are locked and you can't withdraw them, then am afraid to say that there is nothing you can do but to wait till the official trading opening date and hope for the best!

I've heard of coinmama.com and that was a few years ago but I don't know much about oksdaq.

Why would you buy something that's been told you through a dating app which is completely a stranger? That's not how you invest your money in crypto.

You'll just do your research after buying? that's wrong, you should've done it before buying.

Both of this website is not familiar to me, but both of this website or exchange has a nice UI in the website and looks pretty legit in my opinion, with just testing and looking in the website but there is always a risk so I would go in other safer option if possible.

The thing here is it's not a well know exchange so I think I would not risk a big amount of investment in this kind of website and this website and centralized so they could pretty much do anything like freezing your money or account so that you could not take out your money in the exchange.

You don't need to worry about sometimes if you cant sell at a certain point it's like normal in my opinion in exchange to control the volume of a token.

This is the kind of story that I hope to find in a straight to DVD movie OP. If you claim you are new to crypto how can you even consider "investing" 3.000 € only because some Korea girl that you've met trought TINDER told you to do so? What kind of guarantees do you have that this isn't some made up story to exort your hard earned money? Do you think that people create tinder accounts to advertise the secret information that their uncles have and that can make you rich?

I can't find many information regarding oksdaq.com and the few that I did find was some reddit user saying that most of the coins that they offer are a scam[1]. To really know that it's a scam takes very little effort : Just ask both "exchanges" that you intend to withdraw your crypto from their platform and even before doing anything share with us what's their answer. Until we can figure things out I would advise you to stop your investment with them for the moment.

I only found this a little on the accusation board. You can check it.

I am not very familiar with Coinmama even it looks foreign that I hear now but you trust it too much to make the wrong investment, I think this can find more precise information because at this time I still haven't found anything bad reputation about the site you mention this.

I don't know if it is real or fake since I don't know any of that site. Try to withdraw your funds to another wallet and see if you can withdraw without deposit first then you wiml know that it is real. If ever you can't withdraw or you need to deposit first then it is a fake site or a scam site that will steal your funds.

I don't have an idea of these two websites @Coinmama and Oksdaq.com but I can tell you, you've made your first mistake and in the crypto space, its always better you don't even make the mistake at all because at most times, it can't be undone. Supposing it turns out to be a scam now, what do you do? Absolutely, nothing! The money is dead and gone. Before you go the far length of 8nvesting in sites or platforms or packages such as these, its always best you make what your now taking as a source for comfort your first step and that is enquiry. You should enquire about what is going on, the site, the coin and others.

You don't just jump into trusting anyone you meet online. Anyway, we would still check out some info on your enquiry but you can only hope at this point and next time, you don't invest based on blind trust. For now, its best you pause and no further funding.
