Everybody has a reason to commit crime and justify it with reasons but still it is a crime in the view of laws. But they are doing it for a good cause then people will support them and  due to this is there any changes?

Apparently, there is not much that action except for the basic PR protocol. In a government update, a commissioner under privacy department just address the data breaching incident. Up to this day, there are no words from the telecommunication department of the government (Monopoly)  Sad Sad Sad

The hacktivist group is known worldwide and they're stepping into an issue if they find corruption and if it's not beneficial to the people. They're speaking for the people and show no threat but gave a reminder that they're not giving the service that the customers deserve.

On that article, they said that it's related to the pandemic and we all need a reliable internet which the company isn't delivering well. They're voicing the complaints of their subscribers. They want to wake up the management.

Apparently the our government is infested with crap ton of corrupt officials, in which those officials are stake holders in the telco companies and also they are the one who will approve if a telco company is eligible to provide service in the country. In short we are screwed.

Monopoly is a bad thing is any market. Your government should liberalize the industry, so that more players will come into the business.
After that, the overall quality of Internet connection will improve.

Internet connection is a necessity for today's world. For our jobs, leisure,  and news about our surrounding, internet helps us to be updated.  Recently here in my country, an international hacktivist group named Anonymous hacked a twitter support account of a telecommunication company that provides internet to the citizen.

With the current situation of the country, many depend their jobs and quick access to news through the usage of internet. But with the poor service of these companies (expensive internet plans for low performance Mbps) the citizens greatly suffer and cant do anything about it because there is another issue which is monopoly in the market.

Now, is it justifiable or not. Certainly not many would agree with me but I am really glad with what anonymous did. A simple threat is a great help to us consumers who suffers the most. Boycotting these telecom providers is not an option since they are limited and people needs internet so with what anonymous did, I hope there is a change in the system.
