There will most likely be plenty of warning before a soft or hard fork, but new releases always provide numerous bugfixes and occasionally important security fixes, so while upgrading usually isn't immediately necessary it is always a good idea.

Whenever a big update comes out, such as 0.x or 0.9.x, etc. You should update, because there will be new bugfixes and possibly a fork (I hope that doesn't happen).

In the case of 0.9.2 to 0.9.2.1 IIRC it was a bugfixes. The above link will have the answer.

Hello, if I have older version of Bitcoin Core, should I update It to newest? Or Is it ok using older version too?

For example, what is the difference between Bitcoin Core 0.9.2.0 and Bitcoin Core 0.9.2.1?  Thanks.
