Sure. I also use several addresses to store my coins. When using MEW it's best with a Ledger Nano S. Safest way possible.

can not, one address one private key. so if you want or want to change the new private key you can create a new address.

No. One address has one private key. But you can create a new address and send your funds to that address. You'll have another private key then.
