Myetherwallet offers a Chrome extension to monitor multiple addresses. This is one of the easiest ways I found to track multiple addresses.

You can import all you addresses to Etherscan.io or CoinTracking.info so you're track your entire portfolio without having to access your H/W wallet everytime you want to check your balance

For ERC20 tokens, the best that I'm aware is you could do is create multiple watch lists for the addresses that you control. There is not an additive function that comes standard on the bitcoin portal for example that I'm aware of.

so far, i always put all my erc20 tokens in the same eth address on my hardware wallet, because i'm afraid to use multiple addresses, then forget that i sent something to a particular address, and therefore i don't use it/access it anymore.

is there a way to check total balance on ALL my addresses on a specific hardware wallet (either  a nano ledger or a trezor)?
