If you don't use a wallet that supports Opt-in RBF, I believe you're limited to accelerators like ViaBTC or using child-pays-for-parent.

Looks like BTC.com has an accelerator as well https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/btccom-transaction-accelerator-1816647

BTC.com doesn't accept BTC as a payment for their accelerator weirdly enough. I also tried emailing ViaBTC and they haven't responded in the last 8 hours - this is reasonable, but I fear the transaction will be returned to me soon and all of the child payments will also not make it to their destination. I'd feel bad for the person I sent to if that happened.

Hello, I was hoping to get a transaction accelerated, I sent it when the fees were low and then the network got congested, making the recommended sat on blockchain 3x higher than it currently was

Is there a way I can send more fee for the payment? I've also tried viabtc to accelerate but they haven't responded to email and the free one is full. Or is there another service where I can donate for it to be pushed through?
