It's easy, just check out the signature campaign thread where members applied from. You will get everyone there.
You might miss some users, who still worn Stake's signature despite of they did not get acceptance to join. They worn signature, applied, then rejected by manager, but they are lazy to change their signature, especially when they did not find other campaigns to apply.  Tongue

Firstly, theymos clearly does not state that he will disable all animated avatars, especially avatars worn before the change. It means users who worn animated avatars before the change will be able to wear them as kind of glitch.
He did clearly state it and thanks to @nc50lc, he quoted the what he said. It's more like a grace period for those still wearing animated avatars they uploaded before the new implementation came into place.

Stake signature campaign don't have a public spreadsheet which is kind of weird but already accepted by many members that it is okay to maintain privately.

Not to the manager, to the admin.  Roll Eyes
theymos = admin.

At least making a list of users with annoying animated avatars will make the job easier for him and may encourage him to do so.

theymos mentioned that he may remove them someday but since he's too busy, it will take a while:

OK, APNGs are now detected. Old ones are grandfathered for now, in part because people have ongoing campaigns, but in the future I might (or might not) go through and remove them.

Stake Campaign's remaining animated avatars are easy to find though, all you have to do is look at the spreadsheet and check each participant's profiles.
If you think that it's really annoying, then make a thread with list of users with annoying animated avatars and report it to the admin for manual removal.

I don't think that theymos has not removed all animated avatars (disable them all) so far because he is busy. I guess that main purpose of theymos is giving prominent users chances to wear their animated avatars. The fact is not all animated avatars are annoying ones, so theymos likely want to give them chances to wear it. For current users who have been in campaigns and worn animated avatars, they will change their campaigns someday, and I believe that months later, the figure of total users who wear animated avatars will drop considerably.

It all started with Stake.com's "hyperactive" animated avatars and i bet it will end with their avatars too.
After the disabling of uploading animated avatars by Theymos, some campaign managers like Hhampuz even went ahead to encourage members to remove the animated avatars and stick with the static ones
Firstly, theymos clearly does not state that he will disable all animated avatars, especially avatars worn before the change. It means users who worn animated avatars before the change will be able to wear them as kind of glitch. But, if they change to another avatar, they won't have chance to wear another animated avatar again.
Secondly, changing from animated to static avatars due to the change totally depends on companies, not managers.

Hhampuz is a good manager, so he would contacted to companies to change all avatars from animated to static. It is just my theory.

Explains where there as still loads of Stake.com animated avatars out there and i think it will only stop if the campaign stops or if Theymos just decided to disable even the current animated avatars.

While exploring threads some animated avatars (especially stake avatar) are blinking all over the page on my screen (not sure if this happening with other members),the problem exist even after I changed my browser and the same when using android as well.So request theymos to remove all those animated avatars if possible.
Most of these animated avatars were used in the "signature campaigns" ads, meaning that over time these members would participate in other campaigns and thus adhere to the new restrictions.

It's a short-term problem and even then you can use above add-on.

Avatar with limited and slow motion is great like the avatar of Vod or bunches of avatars designed by madnessteat. His topic on animated avatars (maybe free) in Russian board: Уникaльнaя кeпкa нa aвaтap
Such slow animated avatars are so cool, and less annoying than fast animated avatars.

Unfortunately we lost last chance to wear animated avatars.

eXch.cx - Automatic crypto Swap Exchange.
Just like the low ranked users (newbies - members) that were wearing avatar before the implementation of wearing of avatar to only Full member ranked users above, wearing an animated image will remain a privilege to the users who were wearing one before the restriction from theymos.

You can do this though, check your profile settings [follow this steps] the disactivating avatar option is just above disactivating signature option. Although this option will disactivate all avatar.

Using of scripts might work, it works for signature so you should indicate this in your OP (someone might create one) because don't think theymos will grant your request.

Theymos already restricted animated avatars from bitcointalk but if you are wearing animated avatar since before the implementation of restriction then they still can use it until their next change (I guess).
