I ask about all of the transactions of a specific wallet: what is the total fee?
If u know all the transactions that have been made by the wallet, u can definitely find out the total Tx fee paid by it. But a certain address may be spent from different wallets, both holding its private key. So, u need to manually know, which transactions were exclusively made by that wallet.
