I have just wrote a few mails and the founders of bitcoin.org replied that this "request" is not unique, they also plan to place something similar to the eWallets, but currently there are other more important developments. So I assume, that all I have to do is wait.

You could probably contract with an escrow provider at a low fee to do this.

Find someone you trust who will be available at the designated time to send the bitcoin.

Send them the bitcoin payment up front.

Either ask them ahead of time to send the bitcoin at the specified time, or ask them to hold the bitcoin until they receive communication from you (email, txt, phone call, whatever).

Offer them a small token payment in thanks for their assistance.

I mean that if I want to send 1BTC tomorrow 12pm for someone, but I will have no opportunity to get to my eWallet, than is it possible to schedule the transaction?

This has been asked of EWallet providers but the feature has not been offered by any yet.   You could probably contract with an escrow provider at a low fee to do this.

The bitcoin protocol has an nLockTime which would presumably allow this however no clients currently support it.

Sadly I have no skills for that, just thought about that is it possible with a currently used eWallet or something.
