The Bitcoin network works fine as usual so you'll have no problem sending and receiving transactions.

Wonder if it's safe to do so without consequences and troubles? I would like to send my coins from Mycelium to Xapo but what worries me that my Mycelium wallet every now and then it's like rebroadcasting my last transactions from 31 July. I.mean nothing happens, balance is ok, but almost every day from August 1 it shows like it's receiving transactions that are already received and confirmed.
