No.

First, you haven't done what you said you did. You THINK you did that. You know you have done that when you have tested and verified what you think you did.

Next, as others have noted, there are the "Change" addresses.

Why not simply backup the "wallet.dat." Back it up to a couple of places NOT ON THE CLOUD or your computers. Be sure you are backing up the right wallet.dat too. Move the wallet.dat file from the bitcoin directory to somewhere else. Then run Core. It should recreate the wallet and read all zeros. If it does not, then you backed up something else, right?

Now that you've positively identified the file, back it up to several thumbdrives and label them.

I wouldn't do that without backing up the wallet.dat, as it might be possible that you're going to miss change adresses if you don't.

If you have never send a transaction from your wallet, and put all your bitcoins in 1 adress, you should be fine by just keeping the private keys, but if you have done transactions, ( correct me if i'm wrong ), you will lose your change adresses and thus coins.

What do you mean "noted down?" Did you actually export the private keys and typed them somewhere? That is not ideal.

If you are using windows, you should go to: C:\Users\[YourUsernameHere]\AppData\Roaming\Bitcoin and find "wallet.dat". This is the file that you have to save somewhere else, like an USB pendrive or another HDD or in as many places as you can (but be sure it's encrypted). Then you can proceed to uninstall Bitcoin Core.
