It is confirmed already. I believe OP has little knowledge of how the system works OP could not be patient to do a lot research on what was causing the delay as their is already given transaction hash but was quick to create a thread for scam accusations without proper evaluation.
At this juncture, Heyui67, it would be nice to know that your case is been settled and haven confirmed your funds, it would be nice you lock this thread as your case has been resolved.

This is not yet the right time to open an accusation and since your question is all about transaction confirmation it should be on the Bitcoin network, checking the board you already open a thread about your transaction

It's unfair to Roobet if you have a thread like this, this is not a scam accusation, you have to lock this one and concentrate on your other thread about your transaction.

As you have already got the transaction ID it can't be a scam. If you have little knowledge about crypto then you should no that once it is published on the blockchain the fund is on you if the sender doesn't cancel the transaction. And if it happens then the transaction will be failed. For now, you should wait for the confirmation though I have not checked the transaction which might be confirmed already. I think better if you lock the thread.

Op, your transaction will be completed, actually you don't need to create a thread of accusations like this. you can contact some members or existing support. your withdrawal is only delayed due to heavy transactions. it is natural and will just take a little more patience waiting for your withdrawal to work.
lock this thread. if you still have problems you can open it and ask again.

I can confirm that there's network congestion right now one of my friends took 7 hours before his transaction got one confirmation.

What do you mean it's your deposit and you made a withdrawal do you mean that you did not wage or play on Roobet this is a violation of the casino's wagering requirement, when you deposit you have to play and wage and you can only withdraw based on their wagering requirement.

It’s odd that the hash he provided is not visible on blockchair or blockchain.info explorer. Can you try to check the transaction on other explorer to see if there’s a result?

You have already the txid. Your funds will be soon on the blockchain records probably the error is due to the congested network. You can check Bitcoin mempool to see what’s causing your problem. A delay withdrawal on congested network is not worthy for a scam accusation. Take note the casino in question is one of the reputable casino here.

The enitr Bitcoin network is congested right now, so you have to wait extra time to get your withdrawal confirmed, this is no fault of Roobet and they have done well to have initiated your withdrawal already.

Because other Bitcoin payment platforms are already closing down withdrawals due to the present network crisis.
