for bitcoin then I agree this is a good time to start buying. at current prices, it certainly can get quite a lot of bitcoin than ever before. hold for one to two years would certainly be promising results. let alone the bitcoin annually enough experienced an increase in the price of which is quite seductive.

If you have a capital that you are ready to invest in BTC you should invest now since it is a dip and you just need to really wait until the price is good then sell it so you can earn more. There is a possibility that the value of it will rise up before the year ends. So its nice to invest in it but remember that you shouldn't invest all of your money. You just need to set aside an amount of money for investment.

I do not think that now is the time to buy bitcoin because many say that it can drop at least 5 000 dollars, it is better to wait out this moment and buy when it starts to turn in the opposite direction

I don't know about BTC, but generally good. In particular for Ethereum. Bitcoin may not lag behind either, but it's a risky horse. 
I think you should buy the last dip before 10k + USD. I think people always get scared when the bitcoin price is bearish so they didn't buy and wait for the lower price. And when the price is bullish they think bitcoin is too expensive.
Best time to stock up on bitcoin if you ask me. This is the middle of the year and by later part of the year, there will definitely be rush on the part of traders to position themselves for the end of the year price rise!

I think with the current market conditions that are being sluggish. It is a good opportunity to buy bitcoins at the current rate. Collect as much as possible. Because there is a good chance, at the end of this year the price will soar. Hopefully the prediction is true.

For BTC, I would say it depends on how you see the end goal of what bitcoin price is going to be. If you feel that the highest price it would get within the short period that you can wait is $10000, then I won't advise you to buy but if on the otherhand you see the current price climbing to $15000 and above, then its the right time to hop in without looking back. It boils down to how you see things and you want to act on it.
For the stock part, because most stocks are not a global scale or the same conditions, its going to be really difficult to determine whether its the time to buy some or wait.

in my humble opinion. Buying levels is already over weeks ago. It is the 6k lows of the BTC. But if you know how to read charts according to price action and you know how to calculate risk and you are OKAY dealing with CALCULATED risk. You still can buy the markets right now. But always remember to buy on dips.

Anyway, I don't recommend trading stocks and crypto at the same time. Trust me, your brain would not handle the stress...
Personally I am a big fan of finding some investment you believe in and then add to that position over time. not as sexy or dangerous as trying to time the market, but I am an investor and not a speculator. What most experienced traders try to do is be right about the direction about 55% of the time, now if your following trading advice but you are actually an investor you will come out badly 45% of the time.

You could search some aspect all about,when you start analyzing charts and looking for trends in the prices of these securities.hold your coin is always existed to potential growth of your money but with the emergence of these highly volatile it has become easier to make money or lost some of your money.
Always looking for a chart reference to answer your question if you looking for a serious explanation about this, I refer you to go to TradingView for an expert to get a reasonable explanation of when is the right time to buy BTC, instead of telling shits around here just to increase their posts count.
