Topic: Is it worth creating several support tickets on Poloniex for the same issue? (Read 147 times)

Hi everyone,

I have an issue with my ETH deposit not appearing in 'deposits' on poloniex. I have created a support ticket but as far as I understand the support staff is not very responsive. This is quite a substantial amount of money to me 'in flux' now (etherscan shows the confirmed transaction just fine, though).

Does creating several tickets help, or should I just patiently wait for their response? As far as I understand, some people have been waiting for their response for weeks in similar situations. I guess that they process queue of tickets anyway so newer support tickets will be processed later, right?

Hate this and really worried about my money now Sad
