i have used for long time and user for many transaction ..don't find any issue ..about the used address you tell not sure how come you get used address to use it ..may be there support team will answer it have you contacted them for this issue

used them for a while and with no problem with securities.
only problem is for some reason, after I send a transaction, for a few minutes all transactions I try to send are error and are not sent.

Im using litevault for a while and i found a problem because the one that litecoin address has been given to me is used.
