May be it is just someone working in Microsoft mining for himself. Blocks found by an IP in a university IP range doesn't mean the university is mining, just mean a student is mining with free electricity.  Wink

I was doing a bit of research and it looks like a TON of malicious traffic uses their IPs.  It doesn't look difficult to use their IP ranges..
