I saw a post on one of the fountains saying that microwallet.org is shutting down.  Does anybody know if that's true and what will happen to all of the faucets that use them as a micropayment system?  Move to xapo.com maybe?

Yes, you can choose Xapo
Why not faucet box?

this microwallet.org not paying was long back discussed but then they paid, but recently for the last few weeks again they are not paying and this time they are not replying to emails and even the faucets using their script are not replying anymore

I think all bitcoins which got dumped from different faucets in microwallet are going to get taken away and no one will be paid

If anyone has any new update regarding the same as on 03-31-2015 then pls post and let us all know

We need to understand whether microwallet has turned into a bitcoin scam or facing some issue

Updating as promised.

The reason I'm not being paid out is because I already was, I guess my account is part of how they discovered the bug in the Blockchain API, among dozens of others I'm sure.

I was paid out three times due to this bug in less than a minute, and this is part of why Microwallet was having issues.

I confirmed on my end that I did in fact get three payments on Oct 30th.

I'll be sure to update here when/if I do.

Well there is a new message on the MicroWallet website.  API stopped working... Wink

Does not sound like the 'real' problem, also 10 days and counting to 'fix' the problem.  Wink

Seriously do they think what they say is believable?

I have even send emails to a couple of faucets that use microwallet to see if they are concerned about microwallet current problem.  So far none have responded.  So for now I only visit faucets that have switched to FaucetBox or directly pay.

I wonder if they got hacked and their wallet drained?

So little information right now...

This faucet http://www.scratch4satoshis.com/ is warning about mircowallet problems, but they still send my payments there and I don't know how can I change it..

The message has been updated on Sunday night/Monday morning

Q: Is Microwallet closing? A: No. (All pending withdrawals will be processed within 24 hours.)

However, I still haven't seen any transactions going through, anyone else?

My experience is that that MicroWallet still aggregates your awards from faucets, they just haven't paid them out to users for 2 weeks now.

It is surely more than 1 week that I'm waiting for my payment, and since 3 days ago there is written that "All pending withdrawals will be processed within 24 hours.", but as I said I haven't received anything yet. I hope they are going to fix everything but I'm not so sure about that..
Me too. I'm not sure if they're going to pay... and the other service (Faucetbox) is "moving to another server"... This makes me think that's not a very trustful service. I'd like Microwallet may go back to normality, but who knows. A few weeks ago everything was fine, and now nothing works :-/

We need to wait for microwallet to come back again.
If microwallet shuts down, many faucets will be affected badly.

I would like to know it it's possible to use the faucets that are using microwallet.org without sending the payments there..

For example : http://www.scratch4satoshis.com/
                    http://bitcoinker.com/faucet?ref=1e3c804e65b5

They are always sending payments to my "microwallet" account, that it was created automatically when i put my btc address. I don't see any other way to receive the satoshi I "win".

Finally got through to their Site and this is posted on it "The website is under a DDoS attack again. We are working on the issue to make sure it never happens again. The website should be back up and stable within a few hours. The good news is all of the recent issues should be resolved within 24 hours."
It is not 100% certain they will be back online in the next 24 hours. I would say the good thing is that this is a good chance to see that faucets are a horrible waste of time and that even if microwallet does run away with customer money they will get away with very little money

Any one having issues with Microwalley (down again), erm Microwallet such as api or not getting paid, please e-mail
[email protected]
The more people who write and complain the quicker it will be sorted.

Please don't open a ticket with Blockchain.info regarding Microwallet, because I'm not sure if they actually are experiencing an issue with our API. No other users have reported API-related problems, and they have not responded to emails we sent them. I'm not sure what their issue is, but I don't think it's related to Blockchain.info.

Thanks!

Cheesy I seen that, and when they get back on-line nothing will have changed.
Any bets on that?

First time poster, well let me tell you about my Microwallet account, have a look.
1s3DP7QaqwsRrTEn6UQBd9zPCmmvv6KW3

Haven't been paid since 2014-10-28

Microwallet are saying this..

Q: Is Microwallet closing? A: No.
Q: Is there a problem with the withdrawals? A: The issue caused by a bug in the Blockchain.info API. We will deploy the workaround today and after that everything back to normal.

So I thought I would write to Blockchain and ask about this bug.I got this reply.

Dear All
Just a quick question a yes or no would suffice then I would be very happy.

Q. Is Microwallet having problems making payments to users.

This what Microwallet have to say

. Q: Is Microwallet closing? A: No. Q: Is there a problem with the withdrawals? A: The issue caused by a bug in the Blockchain.info API. We will deploy the workaround today and after that everything back to normal.

That was about three days ago they made that statement, let me tell you that thousands of people have not had any Satoshis forwarded to blockchain.

I noticed that other sites can make direct payments.

Thanks

The Reply.....Mandrik (Blockchain)

Hey there. We haven't had any reported issues with our API from other users, and I don't recall seeing any support tickets from them with an issue. If the issue continues I would contact them. Hopefully they fix whatever problem they are having.

Thanks!

So if they are saying they have a bug in the blockchain why then don't they report it?

I wrote to Microwallet suggesting just that, no reply as of yet.

Hello ev1 Smiley

I've just registered and it is my first post. I don't know if it is in the right place.
I have a problem and maybe I am not the only one.

On last Saturday, I requested cashout from microwallet.org. It has appeared the message that the amount will be paid within 7 days, but no cashout request date or a change in the number of days. So, if you don't keep track, you have no idea if the days have passed or not.
The point is that today is Friday, and I still do not have the bitcoins into my walletAngry

Something more: it is the 4th day when I try to cashout from Land Of Bitcoin faucet with no success. Each time I receive the message:
"Our Microwallet account is empty, we will refill it soon, please come back in an hour or three."

I think it is going to shut down.

One of my online earning site, Coingamez.com told me the same too.

To reduce the lost of my earning, I stopped using it.

Unless my pending payment has been processed, then only I shall consider to resume it.
