1) Is this much amount required to launch and marketing the project ??
At a good project, yes it is. A good programmers and managers always want competitive salary, nobody going to work for food. But I feel it the way they always want more money that needed. Why? Just because everybody want more money.

2) Hope soon they received ETH , BTC or any crypto currency in ICO then they will convert to fiat currency . So the money goes out of the crypto market and it will reduce the marketcap.
It is already, you can withdraw money in fiats. Of cause it comes with some losses when converted into fiats.

There are so many ICOs in the market. It continues increasing day by day. I do not think any reduction is involved.

Continuous to rise since altcoin ICO's has been more trend this lately and many scammers together with companies trying to with hold and get involved with it and as I think It can't reduce the cap since it can add. Since some of the legit ICO's can bring up some new investors and they might gonna invest on another coins and so by this the billions or even trillions of cap will rise.

If it is a big project then that amount is normal.
Payments for those who work hard, marketing and advertisements that is all done by their capital.

I think the higher the better. It will be easier to doubt one project if they just want a little amount which could be impossible to start the company.
Maybe if there is a product already and the money is just needed for upgrades, it might work.

They are losing investors now though.
I have been in telegram of different ICO that are already finished and they are on rampant to be added in a big exchange.
It became a deal of double your money now, not about the real project.

I found recent some ICO's like TON pre ICo collected more than 850 million , Envion more than 100 million , Bankera more than 100 million . Still lots of ICO's are collecting huge fund .
My question is
1) Is this much amount required to launch and marketing the project ??
2) Hope soon they received ETH , BTC or any crypto currency in ICO then they will convert to fiat currency . So the money goes out of the crypto market and it will reduce the marketcap.

So i think its better to stop go behind Hype and contributing huge money even its not necessary for the development of platform offering ICO.

I think ethereum founder Vitalik Buterin vision DAICO will solve this problem ?? What you think about this guys.

Will as in my own point of view about all of this question in the statement that you ask, all of this have a big relevant happen now  in the crypto world, but in this situation some ICO is reducing there crypto market caps,in my own thought that they just only going to the flow of what happen to the cryptocurrency now, they just only adjusting the market caps to continue the ICO project that  they developed in order to survive in the market price value consecutive drops in other worlds all of this is a part of marketing strategy to still surviving in the market.

I absolutely do not understand why the projects have so much money. My opinion is that the amount in the range of 5-10 million dollars will be the most optimal for any project. More than once I asked questions to developers of different projects in telegram channels, and none of them answered me clearly where this sum is coming and why it was. It makes you think, but people still carry this money to ICO projects and absolutely do not think!

I believe DAICO will change the way people will raise money in the future with ICOs because many of those are too greedy and ask for too much money. Most of them don't even have MVP and sell you only a dream!

Yes they are, when ICO and other kind of token or coins keeps on entering the market or even just created and launched it pre sale period, it does affect the other crypto coins since they are also competing with others starting with a low price, of course, rather than they spend or invest on coins with high price they will just purchased it to newly token with cheap value. So prices of other crypto won't increase because they have still a lot of coin supply.
