Is it really safe to trade at Mtgox now a days?I heard there was withdraw problem for US people but is it okay for other countries now.Also how bad is the withdraw problem.
Don't deposit to MTgox if you dont plan on getting verified with identification and proof of living (utility bills, etc). I have 2BTC stuck there because they want me to give them my personal info and id in order to even take my BTC out. Fucking idiots.
So if I show them my id,proof of living than I can trade easily without withdraw troubles?
For BTC withdrawal yes it will help, once verified btc withdrawals are quick. But Fiat withdrawals still lot of issues even after verification just google around or check with Facebook page.

In theory yes, but verification takes a very very long time (1 month+). Avoid them, don't get lured in by their higher btc/usd rates.

i am waiting now for more than one month - if i would know that i would go for other exchange... kinda sux this "service"
i don't know about US. i am in EU. trade and euro withdrawal is ok (but with a lot of delay) and the last time i checked, the BTC withdrawal was without email confirmation.

withdrawal issues still a major problem for all locations not only US. however some ppl who waited like 4 months finally started getting their money
