And if this review is accurate, we're very sorry for OP.
According to the last post made by @OP, it appears that he has another account in that wallet and has been frozen (user not found) as well, so it is likely that he was scammed.
I do not know what is the reason that prompted the use of this wallet, but unfortunately, many scam wallet uses Bitcoin domains (BitcoinXXwalet.com, fxxcbitcoin.com,...etc) to promote scam as it appears as first results in a Google search.

I think OP had contacted them, and I believe it will only be in vain contacting these people because their support does not answer the majority of the inquiries.
If you will visit the website, there's an on-site support page tab and you can only get in there once you are registered or logged in. So, I assume that's a different approach for their customers contacting them.

So, emailing directly can also be noticed by them if the on-site support didn't worked for him.

This is a scam
This is a scam. They do not answer legitimate emails. You can not change 2fa for mobile number and if you loose access to your email account, your btc is gone. Also very large fees. STAY AWAY

I hope OP had learned his lesson in this case.  Do research or ask around the forum if we are new to cryptocurrency especially in application or wallet to use in storing our valuable BTC or other cryptocurrencies.
And if this review is accurate, we're very sorry for OP.

Hi,

Your best shot is to e-mail the wallet support and see what they have to say.

Good luck.

The OP already stated that he can't email their customer support because he can't login.
However, the names of the founders and developers of bitcoinwallet.com are publicly available in the About page of the website(if you click on their bitcoinwallet pages). Perhaps OP can do a google search, find their social media profiles:Facebook,Instagram,Linkedin,Twitter and try to contact them by sending a DM on some of these social media websites.
Not having a support email address and being required to login,in order to ask customer support seems kinda shady to me.I would never use this bitcoinwallet.com wallet.
You don't have to login to send an "email" to the support. They usually should have an email address that anyone can use to contact. So, he should try contacting them through email.
To OP, if you were able to login before and was able to make transaction through it, but now it got disabled, then I guess you got scammed. Did you have any coins on your wallet? Are they still over there or have they been moved?

The top two wallets for me are:

https://blockchain.com
https://sendbit.io

But I still recommend anyone reading this to go with a wallet that gives you your private keys...https://sendbit.io does.

If sendbit.io is an online web wallet, then they are also not safe.
I wouldn't be surprised if I see you posting over here one day saying that you have lost your coins.

Same question, there's a lot of choices that you can use as a bitcoin wallet, why would you end up using them? Btw, there's no particular answer for those questions of yours with their FAQ so I'm guessing that you still have a chance.

Because I cannot sign into the account stops me from contacting the Support. I used my other wallet to write to the Support but there was no reply from them.
How about contacting them with their email? I guess that their ticket support on their website is different from directly emailing them.

My thinking is that there is a possibility that the wallet is outdated and should be updated. This can be the reason OP is unable to log in. He should try and update the app, and try again logging in.

You must recommend a better wallet like electrum than blockchain.com.

Why did you use this wallet? There are so many more reliable wallets that you can try, they have a bad reputation on trustpilot ---->https://www.trustpilot.com/review/bitcoinwallet.com?languages=en&stars=1.
I hope I am not right, but you may have been scammed and lost all your money.
Next time do a search before using any wallet, just because it has Bitcoin word does not mean that it is safe.

Hello everyone,

I use a web wallet on Bitcoinwallet.com and each time I try to login to my bitcoinwallet.com account, it pops up this message (Error. This Account is not Active). I do not understand what this means and I would like people to please advise me on what to do to get back my web wallet. Before this error message started to pop up I used the account to send some funds to an external account. Could it be that the account was deactivated, frozen or disabled because of the transactions I did on the account?

I have these questions begging for answers and they are:

If my account was deactivated, would it be activated again?

If it was frozen would it be unfrozen again?

If it was disabled would it be abled for activities again?

Because I cannot sign into the account stops me from contacting the Support. I used my other wallet to write to the Support but there was no reply from them.

I would appreciate responses and advice from anyone who cares.

Thanks in anticipation.
