I think yeah, NFT market is really promising considering cryptocurrency market in general. Because there is a really high interest into NFT projects nowadays. People really like this new technology and there are so many people who are buying NFTs or making them. And I believe that this is only a start for this market. I think that some of the tokens that we have seen these days are going to be a short lived fad.

People are only buying these things right now because they think others are going to buy the same thing for a more expensive price later.

Essentially the greater fool theory. Too much liquidity in the market for absolutely no reason, and when monetary policy around the world tighten expect a huge correction in this space.

I do not know if it is the "future" of crypto, but I know that it is definitely the present of crypto right now. Don't get me wrong not all the increases are because of NFT gaming of course, but there are tons of people buying tons of ethereum and other coins just because of NFT gaming right now, making it easier for the price to go up. This amazing situation that saw bitcoin and ethereum and others to go up also has one big downside; if the NFT gaming world ends and people stop playing then the price of ETH will drop to a new low and others will follow a bit less but still low. If you are up for one reason then you will be down for the same reason. Let's hope that while one game dies, another game appears to make it continue to go up.

Don't get me wrong but this NFTs project can't be a long-term investment. You can make an investment with them today but never think that it flourish you in the future nor you should have to keep them like keeping the known BTC and ETH. I know wasn't it looks this time as NFT is still in its prime but can't be sure how they looks after this. What I can say to you is that you need to be wise enough in investing them, if you need assurance of your ROI, better to put it on the leading coins rather than these fancy projects.

But at the moment, I didn't find them useful. Tried some. Most of the popular NFT market and business are an elaborated ponzi scheme. May of them would bust sooner or later. probably yes for now these NFT's in the market is a good pick for investment as they are really exploding and very promising nowadays and indeed many people already have good experience and of course income from it since they become more popular in the internet. Don't get too optimistic with these projects, yeah, they are hot these days because of their surprising uptrend motion but sad to say that many of these projects are already dead, NFT games just only have huge growth, that is what I saw.
Investing in them is quite good at this time but don't get to hold of them long, we never know how it is going in a few months from now. Invest only a few amounts could somewhat be preferred of.

Most of the NFT is related to games, so it means investment > play game > earn so in other words play to earn? Though you can still do trading like in AXS, SLP, SKILL and other coins. the popularity of NFT games is indeed increasing. and many users like this. For sure as time passes by there will be more updates coming to cryptocurrency platform not just only the NFT or Non-fungible token. We can't deny the fact that NFTs went on craze trend today and many people get involved in crypto platform because of the NFT game play-to-earn feature which also leads to other people to develop and be more interested in cryptocurrency. But I do believe that the future of cryptocurrency will not be limited by NFTs only and I am expecting for a more interesting development on crypto platform.

I think the major foundation of play to earn NFT's is the Axie Infinity and many developers make them as an inspiration to create the same genre of games that's why we see rampant look a like games of the said game. But recently what good to see is even MOBA or mmporg dev is joining the scene so we can expect more that this NFT craze will be the future of crypto+gaming scene since this is profitable both to the gamer and developer so success is automatic to this industry.

@RBLT I really don’t understand this hype about NFTs. Maybe because I am neither an artist nor someone interested in owning a non-fungible digital artform. As for crypto, you can buy as little a fraction you want and can easily trade it with another cryptocurrency. I think people buy NFTs only to brag about their unique asset and I can't invest my precious money for bragging.

People are in this to make a profit not because they appreciate art. It's great that artists are able to make money but I don't know if there is a level of interest for this to gain mainstream adoption.
