I have two tickets about my $20000 hold since April 24th, and verified document, now I have prepared all but this ticket is not responced, please give an explanation today, and I have paied $10 for fast verification, why it delayed so many days? This is not a small problem.

I transferred funds from mtgox to btce with OKPay and never had any problems with them. And their referral program works fine too! Wink

what is a fee for that from both sides?

1% for withdrawal from mtgox, 2% for deposit to btce... maybe also some small fixed fee of ~3$, not sure about it.

That's correct: Okpay charges $2.99 per transaction. If you're moving funds from Mtgox to BTC-e through Okpay, you'll lose about 3% + $5.98 in fees.

yeah, I've read somewhere there's 2 more 0.5% fees on okpay - 4% combined. It's good if it would be instant transfer, it's worthless when you have to wait week or so for mtgox to transfer money with volatility like this.

I can tell you they are very safe,
they even notice i was accesing from a ip of another country,
and ask me why, since i'm outside Spain looking for job!

they will ask you for scan /photo of passport and sometimes proof of address, for wires.

https://www.okpay.com/?rbp=new_account

Wires are only free inside eurozone area using their "SEPA" account.

If you travel to Europe i always recommend open an account in some internet banking bank,
 like ING,
they have free transfers and no annual fees.

Also, they deducted $20 from my incoming wire.  I'm not sure why.  Their fees page states that incoming wires are free, https://www.okpay.com/en/services/fees.html .

There's an asterisk there for a reason. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you'll see that, while Okpay does not charge any fees for an incoming wire, their bank does, up to a maximum of $20.

Which fee is it?  They charged me 0.4%, or, equivalently, $20.

Scroll to the bottom of that page. There are some fees actually.

Here's the dealio:

I entered the wrong Beneficiary Name on my wire transfer form.  It's not OKPAY, it's some other entity.  BUT they should have told me that and fixed it on day one when I uploaded the wire form to them.  So that was crappy.

Also, they deducted $20 from my incoming wire.  I'm not sure why.  Their fees page states that incoming wires are free, https://www.okpay.com/en/services/fees.html .

Thirdly, they placed a hold on my money since it was from a business account:  the bank account's name did not match mine.  Although, they released the funds within a day.  They did this even though I did not comply with their newly communicated requirement of uploading different verification documents.

I believe they are very legitimate, it's just that their support is slow (in both senses of the word).

So there's the whole story.

I have not used their wire transfer service before, but I have used OKPay on occasion without any major incidents.

Perhaps they're really bad with international transfers? Also, keep us posted as to what happens with it...

Yes, I've heard that an international wire can take 2-5 business days.

I've been asking them for two weeks where my money is.  I still haven't received my money yet.  OKPAY's support is very poor.

I've been having a miserable experience with OKPAY.  So far it has been 2 weeks since I wired money to them and they still have not credited my account.  Has anyone else used them?  Do you think they will give me my money back?
