Okay, I don't have any experience of using that and Imma trying to help you with the best that I can. I though it looks like PayPal so I think its a payment processor regardless of it as a remittance platform or payment processor, have you found a solution to what you are looking for? Did you gave a try with paxful? if you haven't can you update on what's the progress of your problem so others can see this and can help you out better if my suggestion didn't work.

I haven't used this payment processor but it looks like PayPal so I assume that transfers and transactions there are reversible. If you want to sell bitcoin, you must convert it into cash first through other exchanges like Coinbase or kraken.

Its a remittance platform and not a payment processor.
