On Perfect Money you are not required to verify your account, only if you would like to reduce the transaction fees to 0.5%.
Verification process is quite simple: you need to send them a copy of you ID + address proof.
But keep in mind that it is an anonymous payment processor which could be a risk for your capital stored there (if the owner runs away like Egopay did)
