Yes, they scammed us many days ago, maybe you are seeing this by late. Petchain looked promising like the recent scam project Stepchain. Both are scam and washed out already. If you invested in Petchain ICO, sorry for you, never invest in ico, all are scams or a system of losing money!

If u talking about PTCS , yes its totally scam , but i am a bit dissapointment about fake rating for that project.
Foundico give 9.0 of 10 for that shit project.
Icobench give 3.6 of 5 , i wonder did they really investigate the project?

ICO ranking can be manipulated or paid by certain people so that it can raise the rating of the project well, I'm sure they have not done research on the project so that the scam or not is none of their business so that this should continue to happen.
Petchain is an old scam project without any notification.

the possibility of ico petchain is a scam, it looks like the team has disappeared and will not provide any updates. do not expect anymore with this project because your hopes will not change anything, you better find a new project and be more careful.

Other than inactive social media, their ANN's latest update was March 14, 2019 https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.50154573

I also visited their telegram channel and the name has been changed to "Crypto Community" so it is likely that the channel was sold to someone else.

I would assume that you promoted this Petchain before. As a lesson, always check the scam accusation board before deciding to join a campaign. 99% of the time, projects who put fake team in their website are scams (see the link shared by Damut for reference).

Aside the inactive of their social media account and the forum accusations about the petchain using fake team identity, i checked the project concept and the purpose of the project creation i dont see anything that would make the project flourish in the crypto market. Honestly, investors need to increase their knowledge.

I Wonder Because the ICO site is closed and also visited twitter account the latest tweet was from 3 June It means they are not active maybe they are too slow or fake i don't know maybe they are legit . if some know please let me know in reply.
Apart from social media accounts and the website there are no updates. Take a look at the official telegram chat group, if there is no chat and only filled with junk ads, I'm sure the project is scam. after all, the project that sold ICO in 2018/2019 was a year full of junk, crap, and even scam projects. This year, scam projects have rarely been met, because scammers are now exhausted and investors are becoming smart and smart, especially in crypto-world. Are you an investor in the project or just a bounty hunter? If so, my advice is to be more careful.

if the project do not give any update to investors its only means its abandon project. Most the ICO right now is scam so even it is legit considered it scam and do not invest if you dont want to lose any from your money. Find an old coins instead of investing in a new project.
It's the reason why it's difficult to find a good and profitable project these days, you can't guarantee if your investment is going to be worth it that's why it is much better to invest on a project with good reputation because it already gain trust from it's investors, besides why bother looking for something new when the old ones are great? well maybe because of our different preferences but still you don't have to waste your funds for nothing. Investors should make decisions carefully to avoid falling into scams. They have to remind themselves that scammers will always look for an opportunity to deceive them for the sake of money.Investors should be cautious and do some research before investing their money in new projects. We're not underestimating it's potentialities but with the reputation of ICO? who knows, it's better to be careful than ending up regretting your own decisions. You can't easily trust and believe a project just because it seems good, you have to make sure of every details and information regarding it.

You should include a link so we can find out.
If the project is no longer active in the past few months and there is no update at all, then I say it has become a scam project, especially in ICO sales in the year before most of them were not successful and the project always ended in a scam.
