A few months before poloniex seemed to have problems with ddos attacks, so that no order could be executed for hours. But the last time I didn't recognize any problems.

I just checked my Poloniex account too and it is working perfectly fine, no problems so far and I tried withdrawing what was left of my bitcoin and I almost instantly received the amount on my wallet. How is it on your end OP, have you solved your problem with Poloniex?

It works fine on my end, I just checked my Poloniex account and nothing's missing and I can log in right away too. But lately they have been having issues with their withdrawal of some coins I'm not really sure if that is because of the August 1 event or they really need to fix their site.

Yes because this market is often a nuisance, and they remove their trollbox
Though the trollbox is the most interesting thing in poloniex, now the investors are getting quiet there, and they are not doing anything

I have no problems here also. Try using a proxy and go to the site. But do not log in, just check if maybe there is something is wrong with your connection.

It seems to work fine in my end. Have you tried clearing your browser's cache/cookies? However, it's weird if same result on different devices you used. Maybe connection problem. I even tried to check in this site to confirm if Polo is up or not to all.

Is your problem like this?

I don't have an open order that's why I can't try cancelling.

I have tried on multiple devices with different internet connections to execute orders with no avail.
