As per title, I opened a ticket on Poloniex one month an a half ago for an issue - I lost my mail and the mail provider is uncooperative so I can't confirm my withdrawals - and still have received no responses, are they answering more timely to anyone else?

Note that I have access to the Poloniex account, and have activated 2fa (but not disabled mail confirmation, which in turn requires a mail confirmation), I used my real personal informations on the account so it should not be an issue proving I'm the legitimate owner of it, but they are not responding and I don't know how to contact them otherwise.

Not long ago they disabled the trollbox so I can't contact the moderators there either.
You are not the only who do have experience this but there are lots of poloniex users are still waiting same as yours. I don't know what happen to their support system and the delays are more severe compared in the past.I can say that losing your email/email provider is really a sign of carelessness since you do know that you cant access your account if you don't have it and how come that you forget it if you are been using it when accessing polo? but well you do have the strong proofs that you own the account. For now,we cant do nothing but to wait for their response no matter how long it would be.

mine still pending over 58 days now

Ouch! Well that's something I wanted to know, they used to say the wait time was a week at most, 2 months is really a lot

luckily poloniex didn't steal your money

That's what I hope, I mean, I have all the records of the btc being there, so I suppose if they stay open they'll eventually solve the issue, but what if they are about to go the way of cryptsy/gox or many others?

so that email thing was really on the bad time

Well it wasn't really a coincidence: I had some alt that exploded during the alt rush in May, I wanted to sell it quickly and only checked that polo deposits on my account were working, but didn't check withdrawals (in retrospective, that was a big mistake!), I completely forgot polo had email verification.

guess who's back
oh man I'm really sorry for that , but all you can do is wait
luckily poloniex didn't steal your money but the whole thing was your fault , others are waiting for withdrawals while they have access to their emails and 2FA
mine still pending over 58 days now , so that email thing was really on the bad time

Yeah, I never had troubles before (although some reported withdrawals getting stuck somewhere), sometimes confirmations were a bit laggy but nothing too serious. However I'd understand if they needed time to confirm the user's identity or whatnot, but 46 days without ANY answer is quite upsetting for a service that deals with money...

Maybe their support is overflown with support tickets so they need to hire more staff which they probably won't do , to answer tickets with a timely manner. I am using Poloniex from some months and I have used Yahoo as my email provider, no problems noted so far. Every time I need to withdraw, I click withdraw, confirm the email they send to me and after 30 minutes later the bitcoin is in my wallet.

> Its better to just avoid using them for time being.

I certainly won't use them until I am able to withdraw my BTC there  Angry I knew the support system was overloaded, and was never too timely to begin with, but I didn't expect them to not answer at all for so long

> Which email provider you have used? Gmail is best email provider for me and never got any problem when using them.

Absolutely, I used a crappy one and now I'm stuck, will definitely use gmail next time Tongue

Poloniex support system is quite messed up right now and you might have to wait months to get any reply from their support staffs. They have even disabled trollbox to move their moderators to help with answering ticket but it looks like that haven't helped them out. Its better to just avoid using them for time being.

Which email provider you have used? Gmail is best email provider for me and never got any problem when using them.
