I created an account with Remitano a long time ago. Completely forgot about it, until recently. I transferred some coins there and did a swap trade to convert to BTC. Super quick and surprisingly it came with no fees. Support wise I think it can (and should) be improved. Most of the time their customer support is online, except for only a few times when they were offline. But I received an email as soon as a customer support team member comes online and replies. So far it's been pretty easy to use and I haven't faced any issues whatsoever with trading on Remitano.
Anyone else uses this platform and care to share their experiences? Pretty curious to know!

Well, i registered on Remitano a while back, i have been using their services for a year now. They are trustworthy and innovative.
I have been using remitano for the sells of my bitcoin and ethereum since last year and I think remitano is very safe and if you know how to play your game every well you will agree with me that you can really makes money from remitano.
i often use it to exchange btc, eth to our fiat
it is safe 100% as my experience
however if the price of btc or eth rises or drops to fast , sometimes we cannot exchange successfully at the time, money will be hold in your remitano account , if you get this situation you can decide to make other exchange with the new price or withdraw your fund. i have never heard anyone lost money there.
support center: you should email to them rather than send ticket via message, because they use bot to reply

From reading on this thread, it seems like they do request KYC eventually once you reach a certain transaction volume on their account, if you're okay with that.
Remitano's Bitcointalk account seems to be negged by a DT member for an attempted account sale, and on top of that there's also negative trust reports of the site running away with money. Also seems like there's unresolved complaints about locked accounts and bad support on their announcement thread, which makes me a bit skeptical about the site. I personally wouldn't use it if there's issues of this caliber present.

Above all the things you had mentioned and the link I wont really risk up to use them specially when theres already some negative feedback into their service
and talking about KYC its just normal for most similar services to require when you do hit up such volume.

We are still using its good remitano features. The transaction is fast, easy to pay and is well received by the community. The market favors what, then it responds to that. It's not a coin trading platform, and it's only for top-tier coin, or coin value. For example: Bitcoin, ETH, USDT. You have a peace of mind trading, it has the mode of the seller - buy the cheapest. I have heard of remitano and have seen their side advertisements on blockchain.info site over the past couple of weeks but not anymore.
I think they are catered for european people so you might have to do some research first if you plan on buying selling a large amount like the amount you specified.
