Nobody knows, and even if someone does — they are keeping quiet about it. The fact is that Satoshi is the only one who can prove his/her/their identity, and he/she/they decided not to do so. You've hit the spot, I like the way you think. You're right, finding who is the real Satoshi Nakamoto won't give us anything, he (them) won't even give bitcoins to whoever find him (them) and did you really guys think for even a second that he (them) will let you guys find him (them), I don't think so, he's too smart to create bitcoin and he is beyond smart to secure his identity well hidden so nobody knows where he is.

So far many are coming as an individual and not group so we can say not 100% sure no group comes here claiming they are Satoshi Nakamoto, but so far all these efforts by this individual, has gone to waste, cannot prove that they are Satoshi all of them failed on one proof and that is opening the real Satoshi Nakamoto's wallet, the community is still looking for the one that can open it.

All i know is that no body knows if the name Satoshi nakamoto is a single person or a group of people or just a name of a company behind this valuable coin that exist in crypto planet. But whatever and whoever is Satoshi Nakamoto ,the important is he/they created bitcoin which is beneficial for everyone nowadays.

Ahh an age-old question of who is Satoshi Nakamoto. If I'm not wrong it is the most asked question in this forum and the easiest way to increase that post count for many. Anyways some say satoshi Nakamoto is an Artificial Intelligence, some say he is some other guy and is pretending to be Satoshi, some say it is a group of people who work under the name os Satoshi Nakamoto. But the only theory I believe in is that Satoshi Nakamoto is a single person who worked with a group of people somewhere in the year 2009's if I am not wrong.

I thought this whole Satoshi Nakamoto identity hunting will just die in due time. But it seems that I am very wrong. Instead of dying a natural death, it even worsens. It includes Satoshi's marital status now.

Satoshi Nakamoto was not married nor single because the name was probably referring to a team. If that name was referring to an individual, the marital status is totally insignificant to what the name has left to us and to the whole world.

its an interesting question I have never asked myself , strange

have never wondered what was his marital status , besides it hasn't been proven that it was a one person and not a group of people
his messages does seem to belong to one person , but we don't know how many individuals have been working together with him
as for picturing Satoshi and his personal life ,I'd imagine he was single and lonely , at least this is the way his image is in my head
besides if he had a relationship , there would most certainly be a host of "lovers" , "loves of his life" and so on suddenly emerging with the stories and even books

Sorry but I find it funny at first read. I thought you're pertaining Satoshi being single (relationship status) just like you. Grin

Kidding aside, we can't really tell since we don't have strong evidence and proof. There's also a big possibility that Satoshi is a group of people. If he's a single person then he's really genius to create bitcoin. For my opinion, I'm looking at Satoshi Nakamoto as a singe person. I can't argue with others since I'm not sure either but this is what I perceive about Satoshi.

No clue if Satoshi are individual or single only because maybe they are team and the name of Satoshi Nakamoto is only their group name but no one still prove if Satoshi are 1 person or a group because they still missing or no one knows who is satoshi is many people claim that they are Satoshi but they are all fake and I think the real Satoshi want a private life or wants to be anonymous like us.

I think so,
It is only when the name is created that we will know immediately whether it is just a single person or an entire team.

I think Satoshi Nakamoto is a group not a single person.
Let's think, how they create Bitcoin with a complex code also encrypted. If he is professor i think yes it can, but need lifetime to create the complex cryptocurrency and blockchain system. To calculate the math also need a high computer with GPU for fast solving.
Maybe this group is hiding on Area 51, now they busy find a code for alien.
