Depends on what part of a firearm you are selling. If its just a trigger or a sight, I guess it's fine, If its a barrel or a lower receiver, that's illegal I think since its a major part of a firearm.

IIRC, the only heavily federally regulated standard part in the US is the lower receiver, because without it, you couldn't attach the rest of the gun parts to anything.

Ugh, what isn't illegal these days? It's illegal to sell on the street without a vendor's permit, so that means a 4 year old selling lemonade can get arrested.

it is legal in many parts of the united states. It mostly depends on what kind of parts you are selling as well.
