Did you release the URL to the wallet anywhere?
Go use a better client-based eWallet like blockchain.info or strongcoin.com. Instawallet and the such is only good for one off transactions as you never know when they'll get hacked.
So no one can shed any light on this for me?
Ive just spotted this on my instawallet page

I only use it to learn stuff anyway so its no real problem!
it reminds me of the bank robbers who would take 1 penny out of everyones account for a month or so and stick it into there own account and then cashout the account
however blockchain.info does look like I am sending something to other addresses ( but maybe I have that wrong? )

my eWallet is at instawallet.org and you dont have to log in. I just use the bookmark that was provided.
Yesterday it said Balance was 0.0000003

OK, when you visit the bookmark you should see that the balance is still 0.00000003. You can only rely on blockinfo when you are using your own wallet. Yesterday it said Balance was 0.0000003

When you deposit coins into Instawallet, they take them out of the deposit address and put them into a big wallet and mix them together with other coins. When you withdraw, the withdrawal won't come from the address you deposited to. They use their own accounting backend system to keep track of how many coins you are supposed to have.
my eWallet is at instawallet.org and you dont have to log in. I just use the bookmark that was provided.

Ewallets use their own accounting systems that mix the balances of addresses together, therefore you can't rely on a block explorer to see the final balance. If you log in, you would find that it is all there. yesterday my balance was 0.00000003
today my balance is 0.00000001
