When I stop behind a car on road, usually it's plate has 666 in it

Might be referring to a cryptocurrency - mark - like Deutsche mark. To have it in their right hand (to hold private keys printed on paper), or forehead (to keep the private key in brainwallet) no man might buy or sell = there is no exchange for the coin yet; or maybe it shuts down all banks? and the total amount of coins is 666
