I would like to invest in this project but I don't see much hype or discussion around this project. The ICO started 3 days ago and still have not raised funds. Is it genuine?

The word you use is cute, genuine. That is probably is, they have a genuine desire to take the money of people. What they intend to do with it is the real question. That is where the scam part comes in and that is the thing that you will never know until it is too late, or you could simply not invest. And the word investing is interesting too, since the majority of the time there is nothing of any real value there that is being vested by the funds other than the people's pockets.

Most of the world's software development is outsourced to India. It doesn't matter who builds the technology. The question is are these false promises or are they actually actively developing it. I have been tracking the development of a couple of projects for a month now. So far good development.

Your work defines professionalism. That's what I think.

How do you track it? Do you know them? Can you see the code?

I follow their threads, twitter, telegram etc for updates

It looks like an Indian company. I suggest it's not a scam, but I would be very careful with investing a lot. They don't look too professional. However, few coins is fine. - my thoughts. I am also looking for an investment, but I am little lost and totally new here.

Looks like a genuine project to me. They already have an alpha release and a road map for next 7 months. I see active development.

What you say is also true. You never know until it's too late.

The problem with them is marketing and they don't seem to have any budget for it.
