Why would a moderator remove your link and deem it to be suspicious? Sounds like an attempt to stifle competition..
Oh god the conspiracy theories.... Its automatic for newbies with unknown links.
Yeah, the list isn't public as far as I know, but it contains a lot of possibly unsafe sites(like domains that were linked to phising, scamming or spamming for instance).
