If you analyze Swisscoin, please note that total supply on the coinmarketcap is not true. It shows 10,2B (that was initial max supply), but current total supply is more than 10.52B. Till the end of the year it will reach 11B.

The number of coins is increasing based on the PoS algorithm. Yearly inflation is 15% for the staked coins.

Check the total on the block explorer directly: https://richlist.cryptobe.com/SwissCoin

Swisscoin would be a lot better if it was part of the lightning network. Actually, just typing that I realized that if bitcoin never joins the lightning network there is a possibility that swisscoin could overtake bitcoin. However, I think swisscoin needs to be accepted by some more large merchants first. I am happy with some of the decentralization ideas. I am not worried about technological advantages, which can come and become obsolete in a matter of months. What really needs to happen is real, on the ground, productivity advantages and merchant acceptance.

Hello everyone! This coin can not be compared with bitcoin, even in dreams. It is possible to show your prospect the value swisscoin coins will greatly overstate the short term, but to use the opportunity to transfer their money can only experienced HYIP investors.

Bitcoin is a digital currency known as cryptocurrency. A new cryptocurrency known as Swisscoin has emerged as an alternative to Bitcoin.

SwissCoin is a brand new cryptocurrency launched recently and the blockchain went live and started mining the first batch of coins on Saturday June 4th. Members of SwissCoin are today mining these coins at lowest possible value at 0.1 euro.

When Bitcoin started, it was mining at lowest value of $0.02 which now has the value around $700. Within few years, Swisscoin too will gain more value.

For its recent launch, they are giving away 100 Free Coins to new users. By the time SwissCoin goes trading for about €1 per coin, that will translate to €100 in future.

Reasons Why SwissCoin can be the next Bitcoin:

• The company is registered with the Zurich (Switzerland) Chamber of Commerce

• The company is based in the New Cypto Valley in Canton (Switzerland) where all emerging blockchain technology companies will be based

• Officially launched on 4th June 2016 (only 2 months ago)

• The Split Indicator has reached 93% and this will be the company's very first split

• Immediately after the split, the company's very first mining will start with a difficulty level of only 1% which means if you put 10,000 tokens in for mining you will receive 10,000 coins from the mining process

• The value of the coin will start to increase after the first split and many members will earn huge amounts of money just from the value increase

• The company has made it easy for everyone to join with packages starting from only €25 up to €15,000

• Withdrawals are directly to your bank and arrive within 5 working days

• A MasterCard will be issued to all members in October

• The company is holding a convention in Dubai where the announcement of SwissCoin entering the public exchange market and SwissCoin merchants will be announced

• Since this is in initial phase, many people are doubting Swisscoin for a ponzi scheme or scam. But time will tell whether it is or not.

Learn more about Swisscoin here - https://swisscoin.eu/emperor

I can say only it is a big dream but not realistic dream. new bitcoin, next bitcoin ideas are really bad presantation.

As soon as the Lightning Network is fully operational, many altoquins who claimed to be the role of "electronic money", especially those that do not carry any additional advantages for investors (anonymity, masternodes ...), can seriously to fall in price.
Since, when solving the main problems of Bitcoin, the meaning of their existence disappears.

Incidentally, a very interesting project, but not Swisscoin, but Swissborg, to be honest, the names are very similar, I think that this project is really very promising, I can not say anything about the Swisscoin project, because I'm just not familiar.

Bitcoin cannot be replaced. It started all of crypto, if it gets removed all rest of the altcoins will die out from it. He can be only one and it all ready is only one, there is not even a solid good reason for it to get replaced.

What does the next bitcoin mean? This is another currency, with its origin. You do not need to compare them in this way. But it will not be worse at all.

So we finally got the long expected news yesterday. Since the news didn’t clarify anything or had any real value, I had a chance to chat with Mr. C in the telegram group and to get some of additional answers.

This is the summary of our chat, which I posted in that group.

So here is my view on today’s news:

Basically non of my questions were answered:

Let’s repeat them:

1. ICO coins - no answer
2. The company registration paperwork - no answer
3. Number of ICO coins to be distributed - no answer
4. Initial whitepaper - no answer
5. Roadmap - no answer

So it seems that we should finance again some new projects, which is yet to be announced.

The old company is sold to new investors, but we don’t know what they plan to do. We don’t know the developers, and the projects.

This all could happen.

Usually when we have normal ICO, it takes at least 2-3 months to launch anything. And since we are starting from the scratch, then additional 2-3 months to prepare the plan and the team. This is more or less in line with the today’s message.

So the best I could say is that we may see the price to remain in this range for a while. You can earn some money by trading (or pump and dump).

However I still don’t see any intrinsic value. I’m open to evaluate the project again when the roadmap is released.

I wish you all luck!

And in the end my post from today, so you can compare the news with.

So here is my view.
0. MLM promotion
As far as I know, only some of the leaders earned nice fiat money. Others are blocked and accused for fraudulent behavior. If promoters believe in project they should have been paid in SIC. In this way they would be motivated to keep the value.

1. The value of SIC is now only speculation based on the expectation that the coin will have the utility or application in the future. Based on the whitepaper we have very limited application. And that’s staking. Staking is not working currently.

2. I was very in favor of staking, as a tool to keep the coins of the market. Then I asked several times in the past, from where are we getting the rewards for validation of transactions. Since the transaction fee is very low, those coins are coming from somewhere. At the beginning, I thought that the max supply will remain the same. But it’s increasing for the inflation. Currently the inflation is 15% yearly. This is rather big, since we are not storing any value.
The better solution would be to use coins locked by the company for rewards and not to increase the max supply.

3. Merchants. This was nice idea but the competitors did the job on time and there’s little chance that this will be a big breakthrough. There are now projects which enable use of multi crypto currencies, even spending your crypto with MasterCard.

4. They broke every promise made in the whitepaper. The most important, they haven’t released the ICO coins before the trading. The biggest mistake ever!

5. We don’t know the people behind the company. Every ICO is promoting theirs experience and developers. Using their bio and LinkedIn. Here still nothing.

So when we here some news, it’ll be only the speculation again. The intrinsic value still depends on the delivery. And till now the delivery of results is zero!

Disclaimer: I closed all my positions in SIC, and have no emotional attachment to it. I earned and cashed out some profit, and covered my ICO costs. Until we receive a new roadmap I’m not going to analyze it anymore.

It's definitely not new Bitcoin, but good oppportunity now for profit.

I didn't like the mlm scheme when they started, although I bought for few hunderds €. My mistake, coz it was dumped to only 10 sat. In the end, I was lucyk to get it for average price around 13 sat, and now is 26 sat. I'm running offline wallet, and it usually earns me around 1k coins in ten days as Proof-of-Stake reward.

If it will go to some bigger exchanges soon the price go up, currently only in coinexchange.

Not even close, the fame of this coin is near to zero, and this coin has been labeled as a scam coin,so I don't think any people will interested to switch their coin to swisscoin, and this coin even not the top 10 alt coins, so I don't see any hope that this coin can replace bitcoin

Their are lot of competition to see which one is replace the bitcoin. The coin in competition are ETH,litecoin and so on.But Swisscoin is not even in the list.I don't know, how you are saying this.I think Swisscoin is look like a scam coin,so better don't inverse your money in it.If you had a plan to inverse means, just get through about that coin twice.

Every new digital asset looks a scam until it becomes announced officially and in  country like DUBAI ...

I don't care if it is announced in dubai or in any country, the fact still remains that is very far from being the next bitcoin,it's not even in the top 5 in the coinmarketcap, and there's no big buzz from the crypto currency industry, people are posting non sense just to hype their bags of shitcoin so they unload their shitcoins.
It's a scam that the people who purchased the coin a very long time ago can make money from. They depend on the newbies and less fortunate people to enter in the Swisscoin fantasy and lose their money and being okay with it.

Swisscoin is juts like MLM not comparable to bitcoin. Ive heard Swisscoin for a long time but there is no development in this coin. Not included in coinmarketcap, so why do you say so its the next ti bitcoin. This would never be happen, Ive heard others are joining in this coin and they believe that their is a future of it, but I cant see not a coin to worth invest in.

I just want to correct something, this is wrong "IS JUST LIKE MLM" not LIKE MLM, Instead it is a Multi level Marketing company for real in short its a network marketing scheme. More on recruitment with registration or membership fee.

Yes, that's right and the management of said MLM scheme seem to be in the process of falling out with one another big time.
As Oz puts it

Quote
You’ve basically got scammers in Switzerland upset they’re not getting a slice of SwissCoin’s Ponzi profits. So they’ve sued their scamming counterparts in Germany...

The main Swisscoin landing site is now just affiliate login, whereas swisscoineu.com barely mentions any conventional altcoin subjects like roadmaps, innovations etc.
It is just full of lists of how much commission you can make by spreading the virus.
e.g.

Quote
The percentage determined by Swisscoin on how much a down line cumulatively invested

€800  – 2% commission
€4000 – 4% commission
€8,000 – 6% commission
€20,000 – 8% commission
€40,000 – 10% commission
€80,000 – 12% commission
€200,000 – 14% commission
€400,000 – 16% commission
€800,000 – 18% commission
€4,000,000 – 20% commission
€8,000,000 – 22% commission

Swisscoin isn't next bitcoin but next shitcoin
its nowhere comparable with bitcoin in any way, bitcoin is an innovation but swisscoin is a ponzi

Ponzi Coins may have an explosive launch... When Launched, People are told of the benefits, They get overwhelmed, Bought the coins and hold but as time goes on, The number of people joining dries up and the ponzi automatically becomes a shitcoin. Ponzi scheme coins don't survive in the long run. Sames goes for SwissCoin, TBC , OneCoin etc They hide under the "Cryptocurrency Umbrella" to operate.

It is better to ignore these topics. Newbie account, posts of a coin taking over bitcoin and trying to make it as if he was serious all smells like a high level troll here. I admire him for the effort and it made us all respond. Cheesy

It's easy to know. Ask yourself: is it centralized?

Yes = Can be the next Bitcoin

No = Cannot be the next Bitcoin

Swisscoin is centralized MLM useless crap.

Swisscoin did not fall into the decentralized category so they are not really in the category of bitcoin or crypto currency they are another mlm based coin in the tradition of onecoin, thebillioncoin and others with similar concept,

Unfortunately, Swisscoin is another case of an MLM company attempting to capitalize on the allure of cryptocurrency, though the company actually has nothing to do with digital currency at all.  Essentially, affiliates are investing in a fake currency that does not exist outside of the Swisscoin ecosystem, and worse, the value of this fake currency is an arbitrary number set by the company.  Swisscoins are not traded on any crypto exchanges, and cannot be used to purchase anything outside of the Swisscoin website.

Swisscoin is a scheme designed to prey on unsuspecting investors and crypto newbies and part them from their hard earned money.

It seems this swisscoin just a MMM scam copy, they both use this MLM scheme to scam people, just ignore this kind of project, fuck these retards.

There have been multiple (German) news article about SwissCoin, warning users from investing. Critique raised in the artical mainly focuses on the general risks of crypto investment. Nonetheless the copied business model and no invation yells ponzi.

I think that thread should be closed, because actions speaks louder than words:

That's not the one I said about. It is SwissCoin, NOT SwisCoin.

Swisscoin is in -pre-launch period and mining is going to start within few days. They are holding a convention in Dubai where the announcement of SwissCoin entering the public exchange market and SwissCoin merchants will be announced.

So why dont they add swisscoin on crypto exchangers?  Why do they select to market it?  Maybe it is wrong idea to buy this coin because they select to network it, and theirs no way swisscoin will became bitcoin because they are not the same and also it can be shit turn shit if you compare it with bitcoin,  just tell who recruits you to that swisscoin thing that add it to the big exchangers so they can see what theyve got if they will added on exchangers.

Why the hell would a centralized cryptocurrency could ever be even comparable to BTC?
Congrats on getting legendary.  That's a recent thing for you, is it not?

And whatever Swisscoin may be, it's a shitcoin through and through.  I don't even need to know much about it to know that.  Nobody on this forum is going to use it, because there are thousands of other shitcoins that could be used.  Aren't we reaching supersaturation of the shitcoin market?  We've got to be close.  Shit's about to start falling out of solution soon.

Ponzi scheme
ˈpɒnzi/
noun

a form of fraud in which belief in the success of a non-existent enterprise is fostered by the payment of quick returns to the first investors from money invested by later investors.

I don't know when people will learn, there is no next Bitcoin, we can have DASH, Ethereum, Swisscoin etc trying to solve a problem in the society but Bitcoin is a way ahead, there is a reason why Bitcoin is $570+ and the next token is less than $20. To me I don't trust Swisscoin, I visited their website and chat with the customer care guy what he was describing to me seems like a well structured ponzi scheme.

^ This.
It is especially sad since it targets newcomers to crypto which after they have been burned by such will never give another cryptocurrency any chance. This is not like some Yobit ICO where people invest that should know better, this targets your granny and auntie and therefor has to be repeatedly warned of!

Before one even thinks of investing in such adventurous systems, check below links (unfortunately due to the alleged location of the business in german):

https://www.test.de/Bitcoin-Nachahmer-Riskante-virtuelle-Waehrungen-5057128-5057138/

http://www.mlm-infos.com/ftopic41540.html

Might also be worth to ask them for the source of their coin...

This MLM/Pyramid/Ponzi scam has been around for ages - I can't believe people are still promoting it let alone that there are people naïve enough to fall for it!  Cheesy

It is better to ignore these topics. Newbie account, posts of a coin taking over bitcoin and trying to make it as if he was serious all smells like a high level troll here. I admire him for the effort and it made us all respond. Cheesy
