What rumour? They announced their VISA cards a month ago. It's even stated on their website under Terms and Conditions.
The rumours are based around the fact that TenX will use another issuer for their cards since VISA made it unable for users outside the EU to use crypto debit cards issued by them.

It should be real, TenX is real project, and not a scam team, they will be listed on Kraken very soon.
No,dont belive if someone promise you something like dedicated crypto visa.And if you want earn randomly money buy btc in bitfinex with usd and sell in ccex.
