The BitMarket admin cancelled my trade with the deadbeat buyer and returned my frozen BTC to me. All is right with the world again.
It's up for me, but according to the transaction log, there have been no transactions at all today, so it seems that something is not working.
It's also stopped sending transaction data to bitcoincharts.com since January.

It's back up for me. Waiting to get a response from the admin for a trade with a deadbeat buyer that won't pay or respond. I've had lots of trouble selling BTC there but never any problem buying BTC. I guess because the seller has to have BTC on the site before they can enter an order. A buyer doesn't need anything to place a buy order, hence the problem with deadbeat buyers.
It runs fine for me.
I am doing trades there regularly, but when I once had a problem with someone not releasing the btcs after I made my payment, it took pretty long till the support answered...

It loads for me. I would be more troubled that it seems to be mostly dead/unsupported.
