It really depends on the coin.  But overall as an industry, I don't quite think that the bottom is in.  With hacks and scams, we'll probably lose some steam in this rally that has occurred this year.   Additionally, we have no idea how the 8/1 possible fork may impact the industry.  I anticipate we'll experience one more major sell off which will be the "bottom".

All crypto coins have moved up big in last few days. Total crypto market cap is up to $91B  from $60B last weekend.
The bottom is very likely in!

I will not risk buying a lot now. But if you really think this is the bottom then maybe buy small and add to your position everytime there is a rise of around 5%.

Just look at the long-term resistance levels. It just pretty normal just like in stock/currency trading.

Depends on the coin. Only the good ones might have reached the bottom.

ETH has dropped from $300 to $170 but it's not so unpredictable as it was rising as well at a high-rate and same goes for bitcoins. Some that goes up so rapidly is bound to fall as well but both these altcoins have the ability to rise due to their volatility. After August 1st, it might take some as for the price to settle but all again depends on the market sentiment. Also some predict that the hard fork may or may not happen on 1st and some say it can most likely be delayed. Still its impact on the market is tremendous.

Early to say but chances are it is.  Many top coins such as BTC, ETH & others have completed major
50-70% retracements from highs and completed 1-2 month corrections since last months highs.
It may take until after Aug 1 for any major rally but it should be coming.
