As far as I understand these types of sites use different tactics through advertising to increase their campaign. Any site that doesn't offer anything for free can be a scam. These ads may be false. Stake is a responsible betting site that cares for its customers. This bookie promotes safe gambling practices. If you are addicted to betting and gambling, you better know everything better by connecting with customer support team.
Is this thread about how addicted gamblers can get support from the casino they are playing, or is it still about some sites advertising bonuses on stake that stake themselves have not made official, or stake is saying  nothing about?

Well, I think the later is the correct one, and not the first, it's important we understand that bonuses is what attracts most gambler to want to play on a new casino, and this sites trying to gain or make money promoting their affiliates links, do sometimes come up with such tactics as advertising bonuses that does not exist, just to cajole their readers into clicking and signing on what ever casino they are promoting, but this is not to say that they all are the same, there are still some genuine ones, like I explained in my previous comment before this one; on this thread.

Well, it's all about gambling sites making more loyal customers to their products. Their product is the way they keep gamblers at their site and make them happy, and then they continue to make them happy. With those programs, I believe they are making a lot of money and more loyal customers.

Be careful of emails that "present" something too good to be true emails. It might scam you or something.
Not only emails, but some promotions on different websites can also be fake because scammers mostly use such tactics to scam people, they create banners imitating a platform and make intriguing offers, and they create a phishing page where the user is asked to log in when they click on that banner, and as soon as the user tries to log in, the scammers get the login credentials and will withdraw the funds immediately if there is no 2FA.

Some of them would even get your 2FA as well because they will design the backend of the phishing page in a way that when you click on the login button, you are redirected to a 2FA page where they ask you to enter your 2FA code if you have one or click skip if you don't, and if you enter the code, they use that code for withdrawal if they get it on time.

I have seen some sites advertise an exclusive bonus such as 200% up to $500 or even 200% up to $3000. Is this a legitimate bonus and why does Stake.com not have such a bonus? If so, when I play with this bonus, do the other reward programs that Stake offers to its players (weekly and monthly bonus, rakeback...) also count for me, or do I first have to fulfill the 40x requirement for the deposit bonus? Thanks in advance

The key words are "up to". That means it could be a bonus of 1% and technically they would not be lying. But there are hidden conditions which I personally consider deceitful marketing.

Stake is a casino with a high reputation, so they do not make fake promises or deceitful marketing.
My advice for @zTec is that he should always be careful, there are a lot of ugly things happening on the internet now in the name of marketing and others, so extreme caution in this situation matters as it may not even come from Stake at all, at least, that is a possibility. Because many websites are advertising insane benefits just to have certain access to people's details or for phishing purposes, that's my first advice.

But at times, many companies including Stake may have a special package for some special partnership purposes, so it is possible as well. Either way, it is best to first confirm with the representative of Stake, one way or the other, they will be aware of that offer. I will never advise anyone to risk such a high offer immediately without confirmation unless it is from a safe website, the one they can really trust.

Many streamer offers like this. Seen many of this in their Kick.cok banners. Most likely, there are some legitimate one and some that are not. Just register with the one you know truly offer bonuses, not just the one you read about on social media like x.com. Sometimes you think they are affiliated, but they are not. They just take referrals without giving anything in return.

@Yoshie I don't see Stunna being able to help with this. There are so many scam accusations or issues posted on the scam accusations board, but he rarely replies how come more like this.

Some websites with good reputation pay the bonus as advertised. Some other ones have hidden T&Cs which you have to go through before claiming it and some just use it as an advertising gimmick. I can safely call those scams if they do not fulfill what they advertised.
Not only are they scams but they are also being unlawful.

It is indicated that a business, of all industries, should not be promoting for a product or a service to do something that it will not. It’s false advertising and misleading. It’s literally illegal to fool their customers so if you have your concerns, you can definitely take it up to them and they should comply if you know how to go about them.

As far as I know, the Stake.com casino is a casino that is known to many people on this forum or out there, of course they have official partners in advertising bonuses and everything about their gambling, but because Stake.com is on a wide channel, However, because Stake.com has a wide channel, of course it is not surprising if there are illegal sites that use this site with the promise of high bonuses, with the condition that you have to play through their website, be careful, there are various modes of fraud.

For this reason, if you are talking about bonuses on a site you know about Stake.com, you should contact their representative here: @Stunna, you will get a more detailed answer in that regard and it will be your accurate answer to consider, because Stake.com casino currently has a lot of accusations in terms of bonuses and so on.

If you see a casino that is advertising their bonus on others website, for you to confirm if it's true, you need to visit the official website of that casino and you will also see such ads in their casino which will confirm if what is advised is true or not. Advertisers can mistakenly give out wrong information too but to verify by your self, you have to visit the site that has the advert.

I have not come across such advertisement for stake on any website and since I have not used the casino, I don't know if the bonus is real. If you visit the casino, you should know but the casino will not just give you the bonus instantly as you play in their casino. There are other criteria you will be required to meet before the bonus will be granted.

Most times you get some restrictions to get such bonuses. For example - once i lost $500 because i couldn`t withdraw money first week and i didn`t read about it. In different situations different restrictions. The Stake has his own loyalty and bonus programs, so no one can make them to use bonus system that you like.
Well, your input doesn't clearly answer the question you quoted, in fact, i am struggling to understand what you really meant by what you said, but all the same, one thing I personally understand with the issue of bonuses that are not officially mentioned by the casino itself, but it's been advertised at some site somewhere, is that, there is what is called customized bonuses, that is, if you are affiliate of a casino, and you want to seriously promote that casino on your channel or website, and you want your subscribers and visitors to really use your link to sign up on that casino when they see your ad, you can request the casino to prepare a customized bonus for you, where as you are the one funding that particular bonus, and any one who registers on that casino using your link will receive the bonus, in the end, you still will make the money back from all the money the player will wager on the casino, since the casino will be paying you a certain percentage of all the amount wagered by those who joined the casino through your link.

I believe this should be easy to understand.
I don`t sure that i understand right. I think that the OP is telling about bonuses for first deposit.
And i answered about it. In my experience it was one casino, where i got such bonus, and i had to gambler for a week without any withdrawals. As i see in the thread, several members at least understand the OP same with me.

These high percentage bonuses are often seen offered by the casinos that are new in the market. They provide such attractive offers so that more people will join them in their initial days. But in the case of stake.com, they are already established in the market and very popular. So for them, there is no need to provide such types of bonuses. If you still have any confusion regarding any promotions, it’s always better to contact the customer support at the site and ask them whether it’s applicable on your account or not. Always do this before depositing any big amount in any casino sites.

Although I’m confused like you too but I think he is sharing about the special bonus given to users that experienced inconvenience in the casino. I frequently get this inconvenience bonus but in a form of free spin and not a deposit bonus.

Stake doesn’t offer deposit bonus because they have affiliates which offer this bonuses to boost their affiliate program. Gosh is one example of this partnership which they can offer deposit bonus if you use their referral link. Other popular influencers have this kind of special bonus if you sign up usung their referral link which is sponsored by Stake.

It`s 40x deposit + bonus with different games contributing differently towards clearing the wager requirements - I am not sure what else you need, and obviously... I am always trying my best to provide the best possible information. This doesn`t mean that players shouldn`t always double-check before deciding to go for a bonus. Fwiw, we are even stating the following on our site: "Check Full T&C on the website before claiming."
Everything is OK, I really appreciate the BTCGOSU review page. I found a lot of useful information there. This was just my suggestion that it would be good to emphasize the most important details because sometimes it is difficult for new players to find the details in the Full T&C on the original page, and often their support also gives contradictory information

Actually, that's also new to me.
In the past stake never offered any deposit bonus, and I mean never. Guess they took a page of many fiat bookies and added this for some affiliates.
Bonus terms on the other hand of having to wager 40x is quite a high number. I remember for example the 100% deposit bonus on bet365 was always like 3x the deposit and 3x the bonus for sports bets, which was quite fair. Odds had to be minimum 1.5 though.

Don't know if they changed those numbers.

If you deposit 500$ and have to wager 40x seems high but thinking about it if you play dice at 1.01 odds with 98% wining chance you can wager 20000$ with an expected loss of around 200$. So there are 300$ left of the bonus.
Not sure though if low risk bets are excluded from the bonus terms, this might be the case.

Hey,

first of all, our exclusive Stake bonus is (of course) 100% legit and negotiated with Stake directly. Everything happens directly on-site without us doing anything. And now the best news: Everything contributes to Stake`s rewards programs that you mentioned, there is no disadvantage.

Terms:

200% Deposit bonus
Min deposit - $50
Max deposit - $500
Wager req - 40x
Max bet - 1%

Thanks for the info. I am interested in information about the rollover. Is it 40x b+d for all games or is the requirement for Stake Original games higher since it is not mentioned anywhere?

Sorry for the late response to your question.

Here you are: https://stake.com/policies/wager-requirements

Quote
A wager requirement defines the multiplier in which the sum of your deposit and bonus will need to be turned over. Since the majority of our games have between a 3.5% to 4.5% house edge, we’ve set our wager requirement at a 4% edge.

This means that if users play a 1% edged game, it will complete at a 4x slower rate. Thus, the wager requirement would be accumulating at a ratio of $0.25 for every $1 wagered. Conversely, the higher the house edge of the game being played, the less wager required to complete the rollover.

While having a wager requirement active, the user’s account will be locked until they meet the requirement set, or alternatively they lose their entire balance (in their relative bonus currency) and have no remaining active bets.

Thanks for the info. I have reviewed the terms and conditions in detail and I think there are a few things to note when promoting this type of bonus:
1. it is unclear whether the condition is 40x bonus + deposit or only 40x deposit or 40x bonus. The wager amount is significantly different for all three variants,
2. Stake announced that the wager varies depending on the RTP of the individual game and that the wager is higher for games with a higher RTP. That, in my opinion, is fine, I just don't understand why they then compiled a list of over 100 games that should not be played for the condition.

Websites that advertise this type of bonus should have this clearly published and explained, otherwise they may mislead players. It is not right to get a new player through your affiliate link and collect a commission on it, and at the same time put an (inexperienced) player in the problem of not being able to fulfill the condition due to lack of important information.

It’s the total bonus amount plus the deposit amount. So if the welcome bonus gives you 200% of your deposit then you should wager your balance + 200% of it to x40 or whatever the requirements is. It’s always like that when it comes to welcome bonus.

Why should it always be 40x (bonus + deposit)? On one portal, the Stake welcome bonus is advertised as 40x deposit (wager 60,000 dollars):

Official bonuses of any casino will be visible under the Promotions tab or you will get a marketing e-mail with a special offer from the casino sent from their legit sources. I wouldn't trust everything you see online, especially if there are affiliate links they ask you to click on. They may or may not have good intentions, but they do want you to register via their links to earn affiliate rewards. Perhaps they have bonus codes that you can use, though.

If you have any questions about bonuses, terms, or wagering requirements, you should discuss that with the support. Talk to them about the bonus offers you see on third-party websites as well. Of course, read the terms and conditions of the bonus you claim carefully. Everything will be covered there.

Probably because it has a very high RTP or the game has some feature that can be abused just for the sake of wagering safely.

Stake has this kind of bonus before during early launch. Right now Stake is the number 1 crypto casino that’s why they are focusing now other aspect of bonuses which will benefit the general customer rather that newly registered customers since they already have tons of players in contrary to the number of newly registered player.

Stake bonuses on weekly and monthly bonuses which is massive the higher your rank is compared to other casino that usually just offer the typical rakeback computation. Also Stake has weekly challenge and weekends promotion that rewards generously to participants.

Only new casino or low number of players still offer an exclusive bonus(welcome bonus) and some of big casino that still offer this bonus usually attached an extra hard requirements before you can clear the bonus.
I think there is actually a massive decline in Stake's weekly and monthly bonuses.
To simply have a high rank is not enough but it will still boils down to your wager amount for the specific period. Other casinos might offer rakeback alone but you should get them immediately, while in order to get a rakeback on Stake you will first need to reach the first VIP level which is bronze and it's not easy for a small player because the wager amount for this is $10k.

The only way to get a welcome bonus on Stake is to register via a gambling review site. Old or new casino, there must always be strings attached on their bonuses because if not, then that is going to be a disaster for them.

You can't just signed up on stake.com and use those feature you need to activate it with the deposit, if you deposit then you unlock it. I have signed up on stake.com but weren't able to use it except I would have to make deposit, however, those sites that advertised some specific amount of bonus that looks attractive to me I would say it's another strategy to get people signed up on their site and most of them are so strict and you must some required level before you would unlock those feature it could be either by reaching a specific amount of deposit before you could be allowed to have that access. For detailing I would encourage you to always visit the stake.com ann or read their Terms of service.

General rules for any "bonus".

I didn't find anything in the Stake Bonus T&C about the specific conditions for the deposit bonus other than this below:

I have seen some sites advertise an exclusive bonus such as 200% up to $500 or even 200% up to $3000. Is this a legitimate bonus and why does Stake.com not have such a bonus? If so, when I play with this bonus, do the other reward programs that Stake offers to its players (weekly and monthly bonus, rakeback...) also count for me, or do I first have to fulfill the 40x requirement for the deposit bonus? Thanks in advance

Hey,

first of all, our exclusive Stake bonus is (of course) 100% legit and negotiated with Stake directly.

The only site I'm familiar enough is btcgosu, there is also an offer 200% deposit bonus on Stake if you sign up through the link on btcgosu.
This kind of offer is a special offer which can be found at some affiliate site such as btcgosu, it is a legit offer if you ask me.
About the terms, I'm not sure about the wagering requirements or other terms about the bonus so better to ask the site where you found the offer.
About the other bonus such as monthly, weekly, etc at Stake, I believe this bonus is for all players no matter where do you come from (through referral link or not).

Different casinos focus on different things as promotional materials. Stake has managed to attract the gamblers from all around the world without offering the deposit bonus directly. Still, they have given the option to the casino directory and influencer to provide customised bonuses to their referrals. Every casino allow the promoters to create customised bonus like that.

If I'm not mistaken, this could be like a referral system where you have to go through a specific site from where you see the bonus being advertised. As long as you play with the stake from the link you click, that’s fine. However, as most of the above posters mentioned, there’s always a rollover requirement since they don’t give away free money. The catch here is that you’ll enjoy a better bonus than what you can see in the stake casino, so I think it’s legit as long as it matches my explanation above.

It’s due to Stake partnership with that website. As payment, Stake is willing to give this exclusive bonus in exchange for the website to promote them especially if this particular website has a lot of readers/followers. It’s a small price to pay for Stake advertisement if ever they will recruit more users that will play. That’s why playing using someone bonus code is always a good choice rather than registering without filling up the bonus code part during registration process.

Yes. It’s like hitting 2 birds using single stone so always make your bet efficient by availing bonuses as much as possible.

What I can say in this regard is that anyone who comes across a thing like this should first contact Stake.com itself and not just assume that it is not possible to avoid missing out on good offers that are also true. There are different packages and promotions going on in companies all the time that may not even be general, so we should not conclude outrightly. It's possible that there are specific codes that will be imputed or direct links that will hint Stake that you are from this company/influencer/partners and for this purpose and package at the same time. If contacted, I am sure they will be able to advise you rightly.

However, be very careful with the links you click online, many might not be for any good. Some might take you to a replicated site or even cause phishing attacks on you, so be advised. And unless you trust a website, going directly to Stake.com is the best approach to go about registration and earning some offers.

The only thing published from the conditions is that the rollover is 40x deposit + bonus and the maximum bet cannot exceed 1% of the deposit. Other conditions are not specified. I don't have a problem with the rollover and 40x because I plan to play a lot anyway, but I wouldn't like a surprise to happen to me, such as not counting my rollover for the monthly and weekly bonus as well as for VIP statuses.

Sounds like you've already activated the offer on stake.com? or nah? since IIRC a quick deets does show up upon activation. Well, that's how you know it's legit unless you're on sum phishing website.

But as others have pointed out, not every platform will be true to its words so only stick to reputable ones. I personally prefer typing out codes rather than clicking links on my main browser.

As for the other concern, I suggest writing to stake's support.

I am assuming you are talking about exclusive bonuses that can be seen review sites? anyway, they have, you just need to find the right website that offers those kinds of bonuses, for example, if you visit BTCGOSU's review on stake.com, they offer an exclusive 200% up to $500 bonus, and if you want exclusive bonuses on other gambling sites they also have a category for that and here's the link to the exclusive bonus category https://www.btcgosu.com/bitcoin-casino-bonuses/exclusive-bonus/

Bitcoin = Financial freedom
Casinos have various kinds of rewards and promotions, in this case you're talking about deposit bonus which is very common and almost offered in every casino but there will always be a catch as others pointed out which can be wagering amount or you can withdraw the bonus at all, it can be only used for wagering not available for withdrawal. Stake is promoting in different platforms so don't believe everything what you see unless you see it's mentioned in their official site.

Well, from what I've learnt so far about this type of bonuses that are being advertised by third parties, you can't completely trust them all to be legitimate, some or even most of them are scam.
I have not noticed this before but it is very possible. Some sites like that may want to let people that read about some gambling sites on their site to register through their referral link and use fake bonus to attract them. But it is very important for people to also be looking at the url and make sure it belongs to Stake because such offer can be from bad hackers.

In my opinion, it seems to me that if, for example, in order for you to want to move to another VIP level, you need to meet the requirement of 1000$ in wager and on the website they say that there is a sign-up bonus of 200% for deposits of 500$ but to be able to claim the registration bonus must have 40x wager, so if you deposited the 500$ and played, you will see that the progress to move to another account level will be counting, this means that with the 500$ you can play and it will help a lot to move up quickly account level and at the same time if you manage to meet the 40x wager requirements you will be able to claim the bonus. I think that's what you want to know. Now about why stake doesn't offer these strange bonuses that other casinos offer, I think that only a stake employee could answer this question.

Well, from what I've learnt so far about this type of bonuses that are being advertised by third parties, you can't completely trust them all to be legitimate, some or even most of them are scam.

Fiirst, what you should know is that, any bonus that is not officially announced by stake themself is not official, and this means that such bonus might be a bonus offered by an individual or company that is affiliated with Stake, that is, it's an individual sponsored bonus and this means that for you to enjoy that bonus, you have to sign up on stake using the referral link shared on the site where the bonus is posted, so, owner of that site awards that bonus to those who use his or her link, while Stake reward the owner of the site with referral commission as stated in the affiliate terms of service.

So, sometimes, this bonus may be a way to lure people into signing up on this casino using their luck, in the end, they get referral commission, you get nothing.

So, be careful with stakes bonuses that are not officially announced by stake, they are mostly individual managed bonuses.

I apologize if I violated any of the rules of the forum, but I thought that such a separate topic would be more visible to more people, because I was not only thinking about Stake casino, but also about other casinos, but at the moment Stake is very interesting to me.
I would not say that every exclusive bonus advertised on other sites should be a scam. I think a good example for this should be the site BTCGOSU which advertises 200% to 500 dollars bonus for stake.com, and I consider that site very respectable and I don't think it is a scam. On the other hand, there is no such bonus on the Stake website.
As Upgrade00 said, those reputable casino companies always pay their advertisement bonuses but the difference is that some them pay their bonuses without any condition while some have their condition when you register. There are some casinos that pay your bonuses without any waging or deposit while some you have to deposit a setting amount to the site before the bonus will unlock and even at that you can't withdraw until you win your wagering before you can withdraw your the bonus. And if you want to know if the side is legit or not, you can deposit small amount to play games. Either 5$ or 10$ to test the side and know their bonus conditions. And as for the ones you mentioned are not scam.

Gamble responsibly
I have gambled on the sites that stated that new registered customers will get 100% bonus. That made me deposit higher amount of money at the time and I was given the bonus on both sites. If the site you are dealing with is reputed, they will give you the bonus but know that it can has some rules before you can be able to withdraw it. The rules could made you lose the money eventually or win more.

Some of these bonuses are not for the public, mostly the promotion is based on collaboration between (Stake x Influencer/Streamer/Website) with the good visitors. They can set up a link with promotions for specific people who are partnership with them. Can't really vouch everything due the promotion is not for everyone, best way to verify asking directly to support agent.

The bonus is legit, but there is a trick, it has a roll-over, i don't know what's the exact number but you will have to wager the amount x times, it could be 40 times or 60, I'm not sure, so, if you depo $500, then you will have $1500 balance, and wager it x30 (just as an example, i don't know the exact number) then you will have to wager $45,000 to be able to get that bonus money. And different games have different wagering rules, is not the same to wager on house games than slots than sports. Be sure to read the Terms before taking any bonus.

Some websites with good reputation pay the bonus as advertised. Some other ones have hidden T&Cs which you have to go through before claiming it and some just use it as an advertising gimmick. I can safely call those scams if they do not fulfill what they advertised.

If you have an inquiry with stake you should ask in their thread or customer care on their website.
Exactly there was no need for creating additional thread for this because there is an existing thread {announcement thread) already for the stake.com and the question would have been asked there for quick respond. And if any advertisement for stake.com bonus appears in other websites and that the same advertisement is not in stake website then, I don't think it is legit. Because is such bonus promotional figure is found in another website then the same should be found in the stake website as well.
