after the huge increase up to 20k it is normal to see the prices gettiing lower, I have always wanted to show to my friends that this would happen but they were too optimistic, so I guess that this is the dip and it will recover soon to being normal.
if viewed from several different viewpoints and read from some speculation that exists, it will be a long enough price decline ,, may be able to reach 1-2 months time to be able to recover ,,but no need to wait for a lower price ,,.

Well the first part of this year really gave a lot of people anxiety attacks. Especially those that aren't used to bitcoin's volatility since most movement this january are more on the bearish side. But if you think about it, even if it breaks 10k support, bitcoin is still expensive at 8 or 9k usd.
We broke the 10k support last week. Since one month BTC going down, maybe it's the end of Bubble like in 2014 but i do not care because it s growing up even after the bubble.
It is not going to do lower than this, maybe it will be touching $8000 or $9000, but not less than that amount of money of course. I am still waiting to see one of those prices so i can buy a little bit more. And no, bitconnect is not affecting anything in here.

Just when you posted this 3 days ago, I thought Bitcoin was on its way to recovery since it's rate were already playing in the high range of $12,000, even had a potential to reach $13,000. However, just a few hours ago we experienced another sharp decline at more or less $10,500. Looking at its rate right now, it seems like it is gradually rising but that drop is significant. We might experience more within the following days even lowering to the range of $8,000 but I think there's nothing to worry about. There's just really something about this month and it seems to be normal as compared to the events that occurred before.

Not every bitcoin investors have invested on Bitconnect, that's why the scam news will not have a impact on the market, long or short term. I have entered when the price went below $10K, I have stored enough so I don't think that I will go in unless the price goes to 4 digits again.
But for those who haven't, I suggest you enter with the current price, good buying opportunity still. Not low but not that steep either. You can still ride the train before it gain steam in the next days to come.
Compared to the peak price it has reached in the past, what we have at present is much low. Same time the price is expected to grow high and reach a much bigger in value even when it is to face lot of issues from the governments functioning around the world as well upon the technology growth necessity for the growing population.
I do not think we are going to see the kind of low price we saw in the beginning of 2017. The price of bitcoin might go lower but not like 5k or below 10k. Bitcoin is more valuable like never before and most people are keeping their bitcoin .

Nobody knows if the market will drop further or if it will start to rise. For the meantime, I wanted to invest more because it is a good opportunity but I'm lacking capital so I will just join different bounty campaigns and airdrops. You can also earn from them while you are still skeptical to invest.
There's two ways BTC will go pump or dump, people says that in like feb 8 btc will reach 8.5k or in the meantime BTC can hit a brand new car 30K so trading is a very risky job.

I'm still waiting to go in because the price can go down again. News always give chain reaction, it will happen again and again at least create 2 - 3 top/ bottom price. After second top/ bottom price I'll try to buy back with martiangle money management as my strategy. What am I doing also has risk, what if only one top/ bottom ( correction ) happen? it will change my strategy pattern again. If that happen, I'll fix it again and again. I don't think the Bitconnect news will have a drastic impact on the market, unless otherwise you can give us proof. The news that Bitconnect is a scam have been floating in for about a month now, if it has a negative effect, it should already be price in already. And just like what I said in the last couple of days, bitcoin is on recovery phase. The waiting out game is already done. Investors started to flock the ecosystem once again. Before I went to bed, the price of bitcoin is around $11,000-$11,500 and it looks like its stuck on that levels. However, it's gaining momentum and we should expect a rally ad testing $13,000-$15,000 in the next days or so.
I do not think it affects the coin market. However, after the break bitcoinnet, the coin lending will affect quite large and in the next no one will invest in the coin lending anymore.

The price dropped upto $9200 and has recovered back to $12500 and will probably rise further more. We might see BTC into the $16000 market in a week soon if the growth occurs at the same rate. Anything could be possible in Bitcoin you just have to wait. You don't trust BTC just yet i don't really know if Bitconnect news will have an impact on Bitcoin but one things for sure have fate and believe. Are you guys waiting to go in more or just going in now?
While I do think the drop has ended, and we're going to pull into a bull market I'm not the person that's pulling the strings at all -- None of us are. We don't know what's going to happen, charters don't know what's going to happen, we just have to play the market.
But this price is pretty solid for a bull run, been seeing a lot saying we should shoot up from here.

When there is a bad thing of course the market will give a response. I think bitconnect has a large enough market so when there is an incident in bitconnet it will affect the state of the price of cryptocurrency. Hopefully things will happen no serious impact and only lasted a moment. Are you guys waiting to go in more or just going in now?

I think the price drop has ended., from one article I read, the last 3 days price drop yesterday occurred due to a 51% attack which means "the state of which there is half the manpower power in a crypto currency network controlled by one group miners "Are you guys waiting to go in more or just going in now?
And when they enter, greatly affect the price. can go up and get down, and now is the time to buy, and hold
