...whatever is south of Canada.

do you really not know what is south of Canada?

The 'West Bank' is an area in the Middle East, a Palestinian territory, I dont think anyone has
ever called the East coast of Northern America and Canada the West bank of the Atlantic.

I asked Google if there was a magical place called the West bank of the Atlantic
and they couldnt tell me.....

https://www.google.com/search?q=%22West+bank+of+the+Atlantic%22

"About 235,000 results (0.82 seconds)"

1) "... and institutions on the west bank of the Atlantic"
https://www.jstor.org/stable/40241620

2) "originated in the African diaspora on the west bank of the Atlantic Ocean"

3) "The discussions about the Northern flank of the Alliance, which took place on the west bank of the Atlantic Ocean"

...etc...not going to post all 235,000

"Countries" are constructs that only exist among people who agree that they exist.

Canada is being used as a Geographic descriptor because it "comes from the Huron-Iroquois word “kanata,” meaning “village” or “settlement"" in the language of one of the peoples claiming that there is an occupation.

Those groups are being absorbed rapidly and on the West Bank of the Atlantic they are disappearing almost as fast as in Australia

I also checked to see if Google had an answer to the question of "what country
is to the South of Canada" and sure enough they had an answer!

It is the United States of America!

I dove further to see if there were any towns and cities along that coast line, the West
bank of the Atlantic occupied by Humans....

Sure enough Google was able to tell me, YES there are people living there, actually one
of the largest cities in the world is there, New York!

Probably just talking about fights between the Inuits and the Sitka, Alaska, Russians.

EDIT: South of Canada is the West coast of the United States, and certainly, it's occupied. Of course there are big sections of beach along the Pacific Ocean, mostly in Washington and Oregon, that essentially nobody uses.

There are people claiming the West Bank of the Atlantic is occupied, from Canada south to...whatever is south of Canada.

Any truth to that?

You should had been more specific when you say " occupied". Has there been land disputes I between? Or do you mean occupied by immigrants who just occupies the space?

But anyways as long as it's a claim without proof, accept it that it's just rumour that's uncertained until it's confirmed where you could know your stance.

I have not heard anything about it neither on the news nor in social media actually, being Canada such a big country it would not be difficult for the people by the coast to notice some strange movements going on there and report on it on social media or something.
Assuming there is actually some military movement by the Canadian army in the coast of the ocean, I don't have any idea why they would do such a thing, unless there is some imminent threat in the way which they do not want to address with the people of the country, or something similar.
For now, as there seems to be no information online about it, I would suggest not to especulate much on it and wait for anything to come out, though, I don't have any doubt there will be crazy conspiracy theories about this topic, even before anyone of us could have a something reliable to base our opinions on.
