There is nothing like a dump question because there is always sense is nonsense
i never said to anyone its a dumb question ... yes but i told them " do u think before asking this question ? " so they realize that they not gave enough time to think about that question themself.
Usually i ask this question to my daughter who is growing and i want her to think before question. So that she can realize her own knowledge and develop her confidence.
