There are several companies out there, but they don't pay as much as adsense. I have been using https://a-ads.com/ and http://www.bitclix.com/. This list might help too. It lists sites where people can advertise, and most of then are sites where you can get ads to advertise on your own website.
There are some PPC websites that operates like google adsense but pay far less example is https://coinurl.com/

As far as I know there isn't, or I haven't found any similar services. In an ideal world Google would star issuing payments in Bitcoin so AdSense users aren't limited to the stupid paypal retirement limit of 70-100 dollars (or else you can't withdraw). You could get even daily payments. Maybe in the future.
